Good things here
Maintenance in the society is very good, the water facilities are very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is reliable; it's taken care of daily. Connectivity is well-established for local amenities and public transport. Construction quality is very good; there are no issues with sound insulation. The area is very convenient. Schools, colleges, and other essential services are nearby. Maintenance charges are reasonable. Parking areas are well-maintained, with ample visitor parking available. Cleanliness and security at the site are very good. Ventilation in the apartments is also very good.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, and indoor games area are not available in the society. Maintenance is generally good, though some repairs may be needed from time to time.

Good things here
Cleaning is completed on schedule and on a regular basis. Security and CCTV are likewise excellent and always in operation. Together, the kind and amiable neighbours enjoy festivals. There are no problems with power or water in the society.
Things need improvement
There isn't a clubhouse, garden, gym, or swimming pool in the community. There is nowhere to unwind or exercise, and there is nowhere for kids to play. The inhabitants have no access to cars or rickshaws in the vicinity of the society.

The proximity of the temple near the society adds to the peaceful ambiance of the area. Residents are known for their cooperative and friendly nature, fostering a strong sense of community within the society. Additionally, cabs and autos are readily available, providing convenient transportation options for residents. Moreover, amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained, enhancing the overall quality of life within the society. "

The distance of hospitals from the society poses inconvenience in times of emergencies. Similarly, the markets located 3 kilometers away from the society also present challenges for residents in accessing essential goods and services.
