Good things here
Everything in the society is of the highest quality, and there are no issues here; all facilities are available according to the needs of the residents. The construction of the society is excellent, with spacious unit sizes and large rooms, and there are no problems with seepage or leakage. Nearby, there is a top-quality school for children and a hospital for emergencies. Additionally, a market is available for convenient grocery shopping. The well-constructed roads ensure that there are no traffic or waterlogging issues. Parking is allocated, and cleanliness is maintained regularly. There are no problems with water or electricity supply. All amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, park, garden, and playground for children are available and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
According to me, all the basic needs of a resident are available in this society, so there is no need for anything else here.

Auto bus sab pass me mil jata tha. security bohot acchi thi. pani 24*7 available tha. power backup pure society ke liye tha.

Market ke liye 2.5km dur jana padata tha. dmart 2km dur tha. shopping malls bhi dur the. power cut ka issue hota raheta tha.

Market area is near to the society. local transportation vehicles like autorickshaw and buses were near by.
Things need improvement
No power backup arrangement in the society. no lift or elevators are there. society had not celebrated any festivals . not any modern facilities were present in the society like gym swimming pool super market nothing was there in the society.

Bus and autos pass me mil jate the. Cleanliness kafi achese maintained thi. Leakage seepage ya deevaron pr cracks aisa koi issue nhi tha . society me cultural events hote rahete the. . buildings me lift thi.

Pine ke liye time to time pani available nhi hota tha. Complaints bhi jaldi resolve nhi hoti thi. Society me gym ya garden swimming pool aisa kuch bhi nhi tha. market ke liye bhi 1km tak dur jana padata tha.

Society main road pr hai us vajahase auto and bus jaldi mil jati hai. malls and restaurants 700miter walking distance pr hi hai. power cut nhi hota hai. pani 24*7 available hai. log bohot acche hai and cooperative hai. society bohot clean hai and visitors ke liye alag se parking hai. koi leakage ka issue nhi hai.

Society thod old hai vaha pr koi bhi modern amenities nhi hai. power backup sirf common area ke liye hai. aaspass thod traffic hota hai.

The security provided at Sonigara Excluzee is good however the guards seem to be a little rude at times. The amenities provided are fine however the response of the management to the problems is not good.

The Sonigara Excluzee apartments are located in a nice area with supermarkets, hotels and shops nearby. However there are a few issues with water supply and the management. There are some good restaurants around. However, there is no gym or other amenities.

Sonigara Excluzee is a great residential society with decent flats and really good management. The security is good and they do not restrict the visitors at any hour. Amenities provided are just great.

This is a nice society with some very basic amenities. The construction quality is decent and the flats are of decent size too. Security and parking facilities are just fine.

The place is good however the water problems here is really bad. The flats are spacious and the security is fine. It is close to a lot of facilities.
