Good things here
Maintenance theek tha society ka, saaf suthri society thi. CCTV aur lifts toh thi. Amenities jaise gym, club house, pool ye sab toh the, lekin jab mai reh raha tha tab corona chal raha tha toh sab band pada tha, ab pata nahi. Neighbours ka pata nahi, sab apne aap se matlab rakhte the. Sirf holi celebreate hui thi covid se pehle. Baaki toh fir band hi ho gaya tha.
Things need improvement
Connectivity toh thi hi nahi wahan. Market bhi nahi tha aas paas, public transport bhi nahi tha. Bas Ola, uber aa jaati thi. Seelan ya seepage ka issue bohot jyada thi. Flat ki halat kharab thi seelan ke maare.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is good with easy availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality is also good with no water supply and logging issues. Construction quality is satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. There is a parking. Residents are friendly and cooperative, celebrate all festivals and occasions together.
Things need improvement
Some problems are faced with the electricity supply. There are regular power cuts. Water logging issues exist in the parking lot in rainy season.

Good things here
There are all amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house play area for kids available in the society. The people staying in the society are friendly and decent, all cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. People are very helpful and cooperative which I like the most in this society.
Things need improvement
The connectivity is the main concern of this society which is not good. Metro station is very far from the society. If cabs are bookeed it gets cancelled because of the location of the society, it takee a very long time to book a cab. Public transportations are not available easily at a walkable distance outside the society. There are no CCTV cameras installed in the society. The construction quality of the buildings are very poor, seepage and leakage issues are very commonly seen in the buildings.

Good things here
Connectivity in the area has significantly improved compared to five years ago, providing residents with better accessibility to transportation. Additionally, the maintenance and facilities is also commendable. Despite encountering seepage issues, prompt attention was given to address the problem, ensuring good maintenance . Also, all the amenities are available and they are being maintained in good condition
Things need improvement
The distant location of the metro station and the lack of easily accessible public transport creates problems for people who rely on these modes of transport.Also the quality of material used in the building is poor as we face frequent issues related to it

As per the resident, she is not at all happy with society management stuff. please chck the dislike comment box.
Things need improvement
The maintenance in this society is terrible. The construction quality is below par, with seepage, plaster issues, and poor flooring. Despite paying maintenance charges, cleanliness is lacking. Security measures are inadequate, with improper lighting, and there are extra charges for everything. Connectivity is also a problem, with difficulty getting cabs due to the society's route, leading to frequent cancellations.

Good experiences include good encounters with neighbors and fellow tenants. The friendly behavior and celebration of festivals together create a sense of family within the community.
Things need improvement
The unbearable traffic, the roads in the area are in fabulous condition. Additionally, there are several green parks with rides around the society.

Good things here
The society is safe and secure with the presence of security guards and CCTV cameras. Additionally, there is ample space for morning and evening walks, and one visitor parking space is available.
Things need improvement
The gym and clubhouse are currently under construction, and there are limitations in product deliveries. Additionally, the emergency generator is not functioning properly.

Good things here
There is a beautiful library in the society with a lot of fiction books and autobiographies of great people, it is a gem for readers as mentioned by the resident.Ventilation and sunlight is proper in the area. There is a basement parking which is well maintained, no issue of waterlogging or seepage is there. Connectivity is available in terms of cabs and autos. Building is very strong and painting is done after every 5 years. The neighbours are humble and all the events and functions are celebrated by the people together in unity.
Things need improvement
The metro station is situated far away from the society. IT is located at a distance of 4 kms from the society. The residents have to take autos to reach the metro station.

The maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory. The transportation connectivity near the society is good with easy availability of public transport options nearby. There are no seepage and leakage issues in the building, making the construction quality good. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society. The residents are friendly and well educated.

The society is providing all the basic facilities that are required to live a good life.
