This place offers 100% power backup and covers a large area. The bedroom sizes are the best in the entire sector. The Residents Welfare Association (RWA) is highly active and involved. Considering the price, this is the best deal you can find.

Improvements are happening, albeit slowly, mainly because of delays in expressway construction. However, the roads in the vicinity are gradually getting better each year, although the progress is still sluggish.

The construction quality of this society isn't up to par, and many flats have issues with seepage. Additionally, there are often problems with the lifts, with only one functioning at times, and the lighting inside is poor, as it frequently blinks.

24/7 power backup is available. security is very good like cctv and security guards are very strict about stangers. mantainace team behaviour is very good and coparative with us.

Water supply issue like smelly water in the society. leakage and seepage problem is the big issue in this society ,and no painting has been done from many years.
