Roads are well-built, street lights functional, and maintenance ensures cleanliness and regular garbage collection. Lifts operate round-the-clock, and there's uninterrupted water and power supply. Construction-wise, there are no leakage issues, with well-ventilated rooms. Amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children's play area, and walking tracks enhance the living experience, while the supportive community adds to the charm.
Things need improvement
Traffic congestion poses challenges in this society. Residents navigate through congested roads, impacting daily commutes. Efforts are needed to address these issues and improve the overall traffic flow.

Streetlights are operational, and parking space is adequate. Amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, and children's play area are available. Maintenance is commendable, with regular cleaning and efficient garbage collection. We enjoy reliable water and power supply, and construction-wise, there are no issues with leakage.
Things need improvement
The road condition within the society is poor, which can be inconvenient for residents and visitors alike. Additionally, the maintenance of the lifts is subpar, requiring improvements for better functionality.

The residents are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together. The location is convenient, with easy access to buses, cabs, shops, malls, and schools. The infrastructure of the society is poorly maintained, with residents facing problems related to wall paint in rooms, outside walls of towers, and even the club area of the society.

Good things here
Cabs are available if we book Ola and Uber. Autos are available on the main road in front of the society. Water facility is very good in the society. Power backup is also good. People are very friendly and cooperative. Ventilation of the flat is very good. Many senior citizens live in the society. The ambiance is very nice, and the main road is near the society, making it accessible for everything. The hospital is near the society within walking distance. We celebrate every festival in the society like a family.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive, around 5000 rupees that we are paying. The roads are not good; there is a need to improve the road quality. Traffic during the evening can be irritating. It is an old building, and there is some ongoing construction in the building. There might be a need to improve cultural activities in the society.

Maintenance charges are Rs. 1.25 per square foot, covering essential services like cleaning, power backup, and garbage collection. The society is in the developing stage with new construction. Amenities include a kids' park, playground, temple, party hall, gym, and swimming pool. The presence of ample open spaces and numerous trees enhances the environment within the society.
Things need improvement
The main issue for the residents in this society is that it is still under construction, and the builder has not completed it on time.
