Another major point of liking this place so much is the locality is nicely connected with Bangalore city. Bangalore is a land of IT hubs and being an IT job employee, it would be highly recommended for me. For that reason I can easily reach my destination. Several major factors such as this place has a decent connectivity with roadways and highways. The transport system is quite good. Schools, hospitals, banks, shopping malls are so close to my apartment.

The following flat configurations of this place are 3bhk and 4bhk. It is a RERA registered project. Being a resident of this project I feel satisfied with their amenities. I have bought a 4 BHK flat for myself with much affordable prices with the perfect accommodation. Every rooms have decent decoration and ample amount of spaces in the dining room, bedroom, kitchen and living room as well. Every flat has good electricity services including AC, lights and ceiling fans, geysers as well. Thus according to me, it's an excellent choice for everyone who are looking for a luxurious dwelling.

Some major issues have been found till now that severe water supply problems are faced by us and the authority does not take it seriously. Frequent power cuts happen in this place and as a IT employee, I can't bare this kind of problems. After a heavy rain the streets of this place got water logged and dwellers cannot step outside for this. The swimming pool is not cleaned properly which is unhygienic for all.

The place delivers a lot of installations for the residents as it's having a huge place for tree plantation and gardening which makes a well-ventilated atmosphere across the campus. This residence comprising jogging track, lawn tennis court and swimming pool and a huge place for meditation. I also meditate here every morning. Also, it has some open space for morning or evening walk for my parents. Neighbours are so benevolent and irrespective of every religion, we all attend every festival.

Prestige Leela Residences is the ultimate choice of a residence located in Bangalore. It is a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary art and design of buildings and the whole campus as well. I have been dwelling in the residence for a year and have had all the latest amenities till now. This residence is an extremely peaceful and perfect place for a person like me who loves calmness and tranquillity. And the neighbours are so friendly I have had so much helps from them in emergencies during this pandemic.
