Living in my residential society is incredibly convenient. With public transportation easily accessible right outside, along with nearby market areas, schools, malls, and restaurants, running errands and commuting is a breeze. Having allotted parking ensures that I never have to worry about finding a spot when I return home. One thing I really appreciate is how quickly issues are addressed and resolved here. It shows that the management is attentive and responsive to residents' needs. Plus, the effective drainage system means that even during heavy rains, water logging is never a concern.
Firstly, there's a need for more thorough cleaning. I've noticed that cleanliness isn't up to the standard I would expect, and it would greatly improve the living environment if this were addressed. Security is another concern. Without security guards and CCTV cameras, I feel uneasy about the safety of our community. It's important to have measures in place to protect residents and their property. the lack of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, or play area for kids is disappointing.

Living near the railway station was great! The convenience of easy transport made life easier. Plus, the neighbors were friendly and supportive, creating a warm and welcoming community.
Living in the three-story building was disappointing. The place was old and poorly maintained, with no amenities. There were constant leaks, making it uncomfortable and frustrating to live there.

The society has good connectivity. Autos are readily available nearby. There is no traffic issue. The roads outside the society are in good condition. There is no leakage or seepage issue. There is a small space in the parking area where we plant herbs like mint. The residents are good. The flats are well-ventilated, receiving sunlight. Security is good, with CCTV installed. The lifts are maintained. Water is available 24/7. The society is clean.
Parking is allotted for everyone, but since we have four four-wheelers of our own, parking becomes limited for us. There are no modern amenities in the society.

The build quality is good, with no leakage or seepage issues. The lifts are well-maintained, and CCTV surveillance covers all areas. The rooms are spacious, and proper ventilation, including three-way ventilation in some rooms, has been provided. Overall, the society offers a comfortable living environment with convenient amenities and services.
This is a standalone building, and unfortunately, there are no amenities provided within the society. Although there is a clubhouse, it is scarcely used due to its lack of proper equipment and facilities. Limited parking spaces are a concern for the residents.
