Good things here
We are staying in the society. We are doing survey to improve the society. Mantainance is good. A little bit od seelan issue will be everywhere. However, painting and services are good. We keep it mantain. There is not that much issue of water logging. Issue in basement during heavy rainfall but we control it time to time. Club house is good. Society culture is different- some people are good and some are bad.Society is never bad, there is no society where every one willbe good. We are mainting the most greenery in the society. We are growing flowers and much greenery.
Things need improvement
Chaveri road is there and it is very crowded. Thta road is very conjested and market is there so connectivity is very bad. Traffic issue should be resolved. This is the issue with crossing republic.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity is good, linked to highway NH 24. Maintenance is fine, with no water supply or logging issues. Amenities like a gym, play area for kids, clubhouse, and swimming pool, as well as open parking areas in both open and basement spaces, are available. Festivals and events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is generally good, but there is seepage in bathroom walls and the kitchen area. Residents are divided into three groups: those against the builders, those in favor of them, and others. This division creates a political situation among the people.

Connectivity with autos, buses, and cabs was convenient in the society. Nearby, there were markets, restaurants, and daily essential shops easily accessible. The construction quality was good; they never had issues with seepage or leakage. Maintenance issues were resolved promptly. People were friendly and celebrated all festivals together. The cleanliness was what I liked most about the society.
Things need improvement
I haven't faced any problems in the society, and I don't think there's anything I'd like to change or improve.

Every amenity was available in the society including tym and clubhouse. never faced any issue related to public transport or connectivity in turms of online deliveries.

I used to live in the society no more live their but the thing which was missing is a place for outdoor games. we were not able to play sports like cricket and futball. even badminten coart nahi tha. the society was very small vhan zada space hi ni tha .

Good things here
Temples, jogging track, gym, park, swimming pool and other amenities were present. Social life was top notch, all the festivals were celebrated together. Cabs and auto were available.
Things need improvement
Issue of leakage was there especially during rainy season. Metro station was 10 kms away.

Public transportation and cabs are easily available, water logging, seepage and dampness is not an issue, amenities like pool, park, clubhouse and gym are available, society is well maintained, neighbouors are friendly and helpful, shopping malls and market are nearby

Lifts are less as per the people in the society, high electricity charges due to private provider

She said she left the mentioned society 4 years back. Maintenance acha tha , call karo toh aajate the kaam karne maintenance wale. Public transport & market available tha paas mein. No traffic issues as such. Amenities like gym , parks tha society mein.

Metro nahi tha paas mein, metro door tha society lke. Kabhi kabhi zyada barish me waterlogging hota tha. Kahi kahi seepgae ka minor issues tha society mein.

Good things here
Society has all the required facilities like life, CCTV, and security systems. the best part is that all amenities are available within the society and that they are well maintained. all festivals are celebrated in the society itself and with at most energy and joy neighbors are good and intractive.
Things need improvement
Nearest metrostation is too far from the society, so public transport is a bit of an issue. there is a bit of issue with seepage and water leakage.

The society is well equipt with all the amenities like a gym and a swimming pool. what I like the most is that all basic requirements are available within the society only like a marketplace for everyday requirements, amenities, and other services like vegetables and groceries. schools and universities are also available around.

Public transport is not available around the society, the nearest metro is around 12 km away from the society. society mein greenery nahi hai bilkul hi dry dry si rehti hai society. their are playgrounds in the society but no proper parks for walking and nature.

Maintenance service of the society is adequate, Eerything is done on time, and there are no issues with sewage or painting. The lifts also function properly. Additionally, connectivity is good; e-rickshaws, cabs, and bus services are easily available. There are no problems with sewage in the society. Furthermore, the society has amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym.
Things need improvement
Society members should pay attention to bachelors and treat them well. Everyone deserves to feel welcomed and valued, regardless of their marital status or living arrangements. By offering fair treatment and support to bachelors, the society can foster a more inclusive and harmonious community for all residents.

The maintenance services of the society were very good and the amenities were all available like gym, swimming pool, club house, everything was available and very well maintained.
Things need improvement
The construction quality was very poor, as if any hole had to be made in the wall, a large area of the wall would get damaged due to it, and the connectivity was fine, but there was no metro station near by the society.

Connectivity is good. Autos and metro are easily available. Malls, shops, market areas, hospitals, and restaurants are nearby. Basic facilities like a gym, swimming pool, and power backup are available. There are no issues related to waterlogging, water supply, drainage, or stray dogs. Hygiene and cleanliness are maintained. People living there are friendly and cordial.

There are some seepage issues in the society that should improve, and the roads are not well-maintained and are narrow.

Transportation connectivity was really good. The metro station was nearby. Cabs and auto-rickshaws were easily available. Market areas were also nearby. Maintenance was great, with satisfactory cleaning and no seepage or waterlogging issues. Amenities like the gym and clubhouse were available and well-maintained. Festivals and events were celebrated.
Things need improvement
There was no social interaction with the residents. everyone is bust in their jo life . they dont like to interact much and dont participate much in society events

Maintenance facilities are up to the mark, with cleaning conducted daily by hired teams. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage. Additionally, the quality of the plaster of Paris (POP) used is good. The society offers amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area. Cultural events and programs are celebrated within the society. Overall, my experience in the society has been great.
Things need improvement
As such, I didn't encounter any issues in that society. However, there is no nearby metro facility available, so we have to rely solely on local or private transport options.
