Good things here
overall its great and secure place for family. peoples here are really good. all facilities are nearby.

Wide and spacious roads
Enough parking space
Public transport accessible
Great cleanliness
Low power cuts
Clean & well maintained
Strong walls and pillars
No seepage issues
Residents pay maintenance in time
Great Schools nearby
Hospitals are accessible

Things need improvement
I can say no downside. some hiccups happened in Socity some time but all temporary issues. overall its fine.
