Good things here
This place has lovely greenery and parks, but the roads are just okay. However, the most wonderful aspect of this place is its natural surroundings.
Things need improvement
We often face a shortage of electricity supply here. Also, we don't have a metro nearby, which makes transportation a bit inconvenient. Another downside is that there's no playground for outdoor games.

Good things here
The society is equipped with CCTV cameras for security. We celebrate all festivals together, fostering a sense of community. It's well-maintained, and essential shops like milk, medical facilities, and hospitals are nearby. The members and neighbors are very friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are Rs 3 per square foot. Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces for visitors. Metro connectivity isn't available yet, and there are issues with the maintenance of the swimming pool for kids.

Good things here
It's a great gated community with 2-3 watchmen ensuring safety. The society is peaceful, with clean garden areas surrounded by greenery, perfect for children to play in. There are plenty of playground amenities available, and there's even a temple within the society. You can access the gym with permission and membership. The people are friendly and always willing to help. The society provides a bus for commuting to the station for groceries and other needs. Nearby, there are clinics, hospitals, and chemists. The overall vibe is very positive, and I really enjoyed it. There's parking available, good power backup, and functioning lifts.
Things need improvement
The most common issue in Diva is the water problem, especially with drinking water. It's usually available only once in the morning, which seems to be a widespread issue in Thane and the surrounding areas. The roads desperately need maintenance from the government as they're in bad condition. One major challenge is getting food delivered here because restaurants are far away. It would be great to have some good restaurants, even basic ones, in the area to address this need.

Good things here
Sai Shrushti Heights is a project that offers great value for money. Each house comes with an inverter, ensuring uninterrupted power supply. There's also an intercom facility for easy communication. Additionally, the society has a 500-liter tank and a solar panel system for water heating, helping to save energy. Inside the society, you'll find temples dedicated to Ganpati, Sai Baba, and Datta, along with a beautiful fountain garden. For recreation, there's a children's play area, an open gym, and a clubhouse gym. Residents can enjoy indoor games like pool and carrom, and there's a party hall for special occasions. Guests can park in the open parking area provided.
Things need improvement
The society is located 2.5 kilometers away from Diva railway station. However, the commute can be challenging due to small roads and heavy traffic on the Diva bypass road.

Good things here
There are numerous parks and ample space for children to play in the society. A top-notch college is nearby, and there's an advanced gym within the community. Shops inside the society provide convenience. The people are friendly, and the club is well-maintained, even during COVID situations.
Things need improvement
The bus stop is far, and the building quality is not up to par. There are concerns about potential deception by some individuals within. The maintenance team is not very active.

Good things here
It is a gated community with app installed in every household. So every time someone visits we get an alert on our app. Once we approve then only they are allowed to enter. CCTV cameras are installed at every floor , in the society. Small garden are with various play items. This offers playground to kids in the society itself. The clubhouse offers a fully equipped gym. Departmental stores & other essential services are available within the society complex. The neighbors are friendly. Most of the festivals are celebrated in society. We recently had new year celebration with proper social distancing in our society.,
Things need improvement
Water is an issue here. And electricity as well. However we have inverter in every house so that issue is mitigated. Proper transport is not available. This means no metered auto only the price which is fixed by them and shared one. Roads are broken and no proper Street light,

There are issues with water and electricity supply in the area. Despite having inverters in every house to mitigate the electricity problem, proper transport is not readily available. There is a lack of metered autos, and the roads are in poor condition with inadequate street lighting.

The location offers greenery and a view of Mary, with all key amenities just a few minutes away, including malls, the Western Express Highway, and the train station.

The society is situated in a good location with plenty of greenery. It is just 100 meters away from the metro station, and there are several major schools and a convenient shopping complex nearby.
Things need improvement
There is minimal air circulation, and the society faces heavy traffic directly in front of it. This leads to increased noise levels and air pollution. Additionally, the road condition in the area is very poor.

Good things here
It's a gated community with an awesome inside view and well-maintained parks. It's particularly suitable for families, offering ample green spaces where people can spend hours. There is a good playing area for children, and the security level is commendable. The society also has a departmental store for convenience. Ventilation is excellent, making it an overall good place to live.
Things need improvement
The metro is quite distant, and supermarkets and malls are a bit far from the society. Maintenance charges are relatively expensive, and the interiors of the lifts are not in good condition. The name boards are not easily visible, and overall, it may not be considered pocket-friendly.
