The gym here is fantastic, with top-notch amenities that keep people coming back for more. The atmosphere is always cheerful and friendly. Plus, we have a handy convenience store downstairs for quick shopping needs. Our kitchens are spacious, and we have dedicated times for drinking water access from 7 am to 8 am and again from 7 pm to 8 pm
No Dislike , This community is pretty smooth sailing. Whenever issues arise, we tackle them efficiently through our community WhatsApp group. It's a great way to stay connected and resolve any issues together.

The gated community utilizes MyGate for efficient access control. It offers excellent amenities including a gym, swimming pool, and spa/sauna. There's ample open space for children to play, along with facilities like a basketball court, cricket net, and a kids park in a sandpit. The security guards are vigilant round the clock, and the society enjoys good connectivity to the city with nearby flyovers and proximity to the airport. Additionally, the society is pet-friendly.
The gym equipment is somewhat outdated, and there are occasional issues with the backup electricity system. However, these issues are manageable and not significant enough to cause concern.

The society offers a gym facility, a children's park, and daily Domino's Pizza evenings. There's underground parking available, as well as parking in every block. Residents have access to a swimming pool, indoor games, and a clubhouse for both owners and their guests. Rent for a 3BHK is priced at 25k, and security is commendable
The gym isn't up to par and lacks maintenance, the atmosphere is unfriendly, there's no nearby metro access, and convenient markets are scarce. The lack of greenery and tree planting in the society is noticeable. Security measures are overly stringent

The society boasts excellent connectivity with major roads NH8 and Son Road. The ongoing construction of the flyover is expected to improve commute times and reduce traffic congestion. While the society offers plenty of green spaces and play areas for kids, it lacks amenities like a club, gym, and swimming pool due to its low-rise independent floors and villas. Fortunately, these amenities are conveniently available at V-Club, just a 2-minute drive away from the society. Overall, it's considered a good neighborhood and a great place to live.
There is a notable absence of amenities such as a swimming pool and gym. The maintenance team of Visual could improve their efforts to better maintain the facilities.

The location is good, and the environment is suitable for both family living and bachelors. Additionally, there are gardens and a playground available.
The place is a bit far from the station, around three to four kilometers away. However, it's manageable if you plan to leave 5-10 minutes earlier.

It's a well-built and, more importantly, well-maintained housing society. The residents are environmentally conscious and vigilant about preserving the natural habitat. They strictly follow waste segregation and ensure its proper disposal.

The neighbors in the society are not very cooperative and lack a friendly connection with each other. The monthly maintenance fee for the RWA is relatively high. Additionally, there is a waterlogging issue during the rainy season around the society.

I have been an owner here for sometime, the connectivity is good but the policies of security staff is absurd and poorly maintained maintenance is a big no for me. Housekeeping staff is also careless.

the transparency regarding security is great here. There are all basic amenities here and people are nice. The view is great and I love the ambiance here. The roads and houses are pretty good as well here.

Special bricks are used to create the apartment here, which means the apartment gets heated less in summers. I love living here as it has excellent facilities- along with pool, gym, supermarket, etc.

it is a good society with greenery around. the view is good and basic amenities like children play area, gym, club house are very well maintained. Security system and maintenance issues are also good, as they are tracked via apps.

it is an excellent location, with breathtaking views from balcony. it has Nandi Hills in North and Yelahanka Air force station in North East, with Bangalore in South. the quality of construction is very decent.
