Good things here
Public transportation is easy to find and travel. All Amenities like swimming pool, Clubhouse and Gym and it functions well. Never faced issue with seepage/leakage issue. Festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The society imposes hefty maintenance charges on its residents, which can be burdensome for some, impacting their overall expenses and financial well-being.

Innovative Oak Garden is located in Panathur, Bangalore. I was looking for a residential apartment in this area and I landed up into this project. The location is excellent as it is well connected with other parts of the city. Prominent schools, colleges, hospitals, IT hubs are in close proximity too. I am satisfied with the floor planning and the facilities provided. I would love to recommend this project to everyone.

. I am staying in Innovative Oak Garden and I must say that this is one of the best projects I have invested in. The premium residential complex has an innovative design and is well maintained. Schools, colleges, malls, IT hubs are in close vicinity too. I am happy with the facilities like 24 hours electricity and water supply and security system. Apart from this, a Swimming pool, landscape garden, children play area and rainwater harvesting are also provided. I would recommend this society to everyone looking for premium apartments.

Innovative Oak Garden is one of the most beautiful, well planned and nature-friendly complexes in the IT City. I have found my dream home here. The location of the project is decent. The complex is near to all the Top IT tech parks, hospitals and schools. The apartments have ample space and the neighbourhood is beautiful. Maintenance is nice and the residents living here are friendly. I am happy with my investment.
