I think the way the society is built and structured is excellent, with parks, walking areas, and parking well-covered. The water, electricity, and other amenities are also well-managed, which I appreciate. However, my only concern is the slight mosquito problem in the evening. Overall, I find everything about this society or area to be up to the mark or even better than expected, except for this one issue.
Apart from a few mosquitoes in the evening, everything about the area is even better than expected.

The society is well-managed, with all functions celebrated properly. Each wing has its own personal watchmen for added security. There's ample space for children to play, and the society boasts a spacious parking area.
Connectivity is limited, requiring residents to have their own vehicles for travel. The distance to the railway station from the society is approximately 3 km. Unfortunately, there's no swimming pool, and the society lacks municipal water facilities.
Owner | 2 months ago
Our society is under 24/7 surveillance, with a watchman stationed at the gate day and night. Outsiders are not allowed into the premises without permission and must undergo security checks before entering the society.
During the monsoon, we often encounter sewage problems because the sewage canals are not well developed, leading to water blockages near the premises. In summer, we face water shortages as we receive water every other day. Additionally, there is currently no metro connectivity available.

Firstly, the construction and infrastructure are well-developed, providing a great overall environment. It feels safe and offers a good range of facilities. There's even a great track for cycling, which is well-maintained and clean. Overall, it's been a great experience with excellent hospitality.
I haven't explored much yet, but with ample space available, I believe there should be more greenery in the area.

Positive Review: The society provides ample parking space, and the maintenance is well taken care of. It is pet-friendly, which is appreciated. The security measures are satisfactory, ensuring the safety of our loved ones.
Negatives: The society faces significant issues with poor road conditions, and the absence of a swimming pool is a major drawback. Despite these concerns, the overall impression is positive.

The society offers high-quality security provided by the watchman at the gate. It includes a spacious playground catering to both children and senior citizens. The locality is well-maintained, featuring a club with advanced gym equipment. The society is pet-friendly and embraces greenery. Notably, it stands out as one of the best-architected societies in Virar city. The environment is silent and peaceful, enhancing the overall living experience.
The society has a limited number of nearby shops, and there is no metro connectivity in the city. The maintenance charges are high, and the public transport, while available, is not exceptionally good but manageable.

Rustomjee Real Estate stands out as the best society in Virar West. It boasts a well-maintained club, a spacious playground, and shops within the society. The advanced gym facilities, ample parking spaces for society members, and multiple parks within the society contribute to its excellence. Additionally, the society offers excellent power backup, good quality plaster and fittings, high-quality lifts, and is free from seepage issues.
The only downside for me in Rustomjee is the absence of a swimming pool. Apart from that, the society is fantastic.

It's a great place to live with well-designed buildings both inside and out. Additionally, there are CCTV cameras installed on every floor for added security, and malls are within walking distance, adding to the convenience.
In this area, we face significant water problems, especially during the summer months. Additionally, the road maintenance is not up to the mark. There's limited green space, and unfortunately, there's no metro connectivity in the vicinity.

Positive Review: The area is well-maintained by the developer and builder. However, there is room for improvement in certain aspects such as water supply and electricity management.
Negatives: The security system needs improvement, particularly in terms of proper camera connections, which are currently lacking.

The spacing between the buildings is pleasant, and the rooms are spacious with good quality. The security is reliable, and the housekeeping staff is efficient. The lifts are well-maintained and clean, and there is ample space in the corridors.
The society lacks a private club for its members and does not have a gym for youngsters. There is no private swimming pool available for both children and elders. Additionally, there are recurring parking issues each day.
Owner | 3 months ago
The cleanliness of the surroundings and the greenery stand out as beautiful features. Proper waste management is in place, although connectivity might be a bit longer. Overall, it's considered the best locality in Vicar.
The only drawback is the connectivity, as it is a bit far from Vicar station, and there are fewer shops available in the vicinity.

The environment is charming, and the residents are friendly. The security is top-notch, with strategically placed CCTV cameras ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. A children's playground adds to the family-friendly vibe, and the well-designed road system enhances convenience. The spacious parking lots are a notable feature. Additionally, there's a low-maintenance swimming pool and garden area, providing a pleasant recreational space.
The network quality in the area is not great, and it tends to get a bit overcrowded. The maintenance costs are a bit on the higher side, and there's a problem of waterlogging during the rainy season.

As a former resident of Global City, Vicar West, I appreciate the presence of a large temple surrounded by gardens, creating a serene atmosphere. The assurance of ERA registration for all projects and development by reputable builders, using high-quality construction materials, adds to the positive aspects. Despite relatively high property rates, around 40-45 lakhs for a one BHK, the place offers excellent surroundings with a peaceful environment. Connectivity is decent, and the community provides all necessary facilities, from small shops to large malls, making it an overall excellent place to live.
The only downside is that bikers used to ride at high speeds, but authorities have now installed speed bumpers to address this issue.

The nearby environment is calm, hygienic, and green with parks and playgrounds. The lift and construction quality is good, and the roads are well-maintained.
There is no nearby market, limited public transport availability, and high maintenance costs. Additionally, the rates in nearby fruit, vegetable, and meat shops are relatively high.

The building structure is impressive, and the area is excellent with amazing network connectivity. The residents are friendly, and everything is well-organized. The spacious playground is a great feature, and transport facilities are easily accessible. Convenience is enhanced by various shops offering different goods.
The roadways are not in great condition, and electricity bills can be excessively high at times. Parking space is limited, and there's an issue with too many stray dogs in the area.

The environment and nature are good, and I love everything about it. The club is well-maintained, and there are shops near the society. Many plants have been planted, and there's enough play area as well.
I dislike the water service in this area. The government does not provide water facilities for this locality, and that's the main reason I don't like it.
Owner | 3 months ago
The security guard management is very good. The location is convenient, being close to facilities such as hospitals, bus stops, auto stands, fire brigade, and police stations.
Public transport is expensive, and maintenance costs are high. The absence of a large playground is a drawback, and the road conditions are poor with a lot of dumping on the roads.

This area has it all - schools, a vegetable market, McDonald's, and big supermarkets like Big Bazaar and Smart. Additionally, there's Yahoo Park for children, various restaurants, and the society provides amenities like a gym and swimming pools.
While many aspects are positive, a significant issue is the lack of drinking water supplied by the Municipal Corporation, leading residents to order water from tankers. The roads are not well-maintained, and the cost of broadband is relatively high compared to nearby areas. Additionally, the presence of numerous mosquitoes in the society is a notable concern.
Owner | 3 months ago
I'm pleased with the room design and find the maintenance charges reasonable. I appreciate the fact that they celebrate all the festivals, which is something I really like.
The location is quite distant from the station, making it challenging to find transport facilities easily. The power backup is poor when there's an electricity outage, and there are issues with lift maintenance not being up to par.

This building is meticulously maintained and well-constructed. About 80% of the flats are occupied, and basic amenities are easily accessible nearby. Vicar is a rapidly growing city, increasing the demand for flats. The positive points include the level of service and the spacious flats they provide.
The main drawback of Global City Vicar is the problem with the drinking water connection, which is a significant concern. Resolving this issue could potentially lead to a price increase of 4-5 lakhs. Additionally, occasional power cuts and poorly maintained approach roads to the buildings are also reported as issues.

What I appreciate about this society is the excellent neighborhood. Basic facilities like grocery stores and shopping shops are easily accessible nearby, making daily life more convenient.
What I don't like about this society is that the water facility is not up to the mark, and the location is too far from the railway station.
Tenant | 3 months ago
I love the location of my society because it's close to the main market, and you can easily find all kinds of facilities such as shopping malls, restaurants, and famous schools. The proximity to the railway station is also convenient.
The primary reason for my dissatisfaction with the society is the lack of proper hospital facilities. In case of serious health issues, one needs to visit hospitals in other localities. Additionally, there are no amenities like clubs or facilities for night shows in my locality.

Overall, it's a great place to live with cleanliness and a variety of options in terms of different societies, projects, and buildings to choose from. The presence of a good school, numerous restaurants, cafés, necessary shops, Smart, and Big Bazaar adds to the convenience. Connectivity to the station is decent, and amenities like Club One and Yahoo Park cater to different interests, including children. With many new projects coming up, the growth potential for investment looks promising.
Several aspects can be improved, such as the road quality that tends to deteriorate during the monsoon. Construction quality in some buildings may feel below par. Improvements are needed in cab and auto availability. The neighborhood lacks a good theater, and parking spaces in societies are limited. Water and gas connections have not reached everywhere, and there's a need for a good hospital in the immediate vicinity.

This community is secure with a gated entrance, and security guards are stationed at various key points, including the podium parking, near the garden, at the entrance of each wing, and at the building entrance. CCTV cameras are also installed at important locations. The gym is well-equipped, the kids' play park is safe, and there's a generator in case of power cuts. The flats are well-constructed without any issues of dampness. Overall, it's a great place to have a flat.
The building is quite distant from the railway station, and even the nearest bus stop requires at least a 10-minute walk. Late nights in the area can be somewhat lonely, and finding rickshaws can be challenging. Additionally, the maintenance cost is on the higher side.

There's a consistent water supply, and the clubhouse is fantastic, equipped with games and helpful staff. The pool is clean, and overall, it's an excellent community with a sophisticated crowd.

Amenities and facilities connectivity and commute, RWA society management is not providing adequate maintenance services.

The community features a large swimming pool with vibrant lighting, creating a stunning ambiance at night. Additionally, the clubhouse offers various amenities such as a carrot room, table tennis room, and a spacious party hall capable of accommodating 150-200 people.
The management appears irresponsible and is slow in resolving matters promptly. Regarding cleanliness, there's room for improvement, as small pieces of plastic are scattered on the podium level.
Owner | 3 months ago
I appreciate the greenery and the architectural style used to construct the society. It's commendable that they didn't cut down trees to construct unnecessary buildings. The backup facilities are also reliable, adding to the positive aspects of the place.
The maintenance charges are currently high compared to others, but there is optimism that they might be reduced in a couple of years. However, the prevalent mosquito problem is a concern, and there is a hope that steps will be taken to address this issue soon.

Currently, there are no significant negatives. However, it's worth noting that in the future, the construction of a coastal road is expected to enhance the beauty of the area.

This is a pleasant place to live, especially towards the end of Sandoval. The flats are airy during the rainy season. The people in the community are trustworthy. There's a large parking lot with high-security measures. Nearby, there are grocery and medical shops that stay open until 12, providing convenient access to essential services.
The location is inconveniently distant from Sandoval station, and the rickshaw availability is poor, making it challenging to reach the office on time. Global City, being situated on the outskirts of Virar West, enjoys the advantage of minimal pollution and traffic congestion. The building architecture is also commendable, adding to the appeal of the area.
The roadways in Global City are subpar, and sharing auto-rickshaws often wait to fill all four seats before departing. Additionally, restaurants in the area tend to charge high rates for food.
