The building is strategically located in Uttam Nagar and therefore, the availability of public transport such as metro and buses is an additional benefit for the residents. It is only one hour away from Gurgaon.

Since I have rented an apartment in Kushwaha Homes, I can say it is quite affordable and spacious for middle class families. The 3BHK apartment which I rented is about 900 sq.ft.

So far, I have no complaints against Kushwaha Homes. I have never experienced a major water shortage or power cuts while living here. Furthermore, we have ample space for parking as well.

Even though traffic jams are concerning, I have no other complaints against Kushwaha Homes. The building is good in terms of connectivity, lifestyle, safety and so on. It is equipped with important amenities.

I think Kushwaha Homes comes with top facilities to meet the requirements of its residents. Being a gated community with 24*7 security and intercom, it is quite safe as well. I am satisfied.
