Additionally, there's a scarcity of cab facilities nearby, and the nearest metro station is around 15 km away, making it inconvenient for residents. The lift quality is poor, with one building having only two lifts servicing 50 floors. In instances where both lifts are out of service, residents are left with the daunting task of climbing numerous flights of stairs, which can be highly inconvenient.

I have been living in Emaar Gurgaon Greens from last 2 years, amazing. Excellent everything. 10/10 till mid 2023. But Suddenly the rents have doubled...For the sake of hard working people living on rent please don't pay more than Rs 27000 per month. I am being honest as it is the Max worth as a win win situation... You also need to compensate on below challenges...1) Only good for work from home please. 2) No MNC provides cab here..3) Uber/Zomato partners are not happy to deliver here. 4) Extreme trouble of water logging during rains 5) the malls nearby are useless 6) No good market in the radius of 5 KM...7) Schools nearby are horrible...8) Sec 102 is not for everyone, the loneliness here can get you in the dipression...Many more advantages and disadvantage...but please don't pay the rent blindly and raise the expectations of landlords...🙏

The transportation facilities here are excellent, and cabs are readily available within the society. We have good water supply and no issues with electricity. The amenities are very good and well-maintained. Most of the residents are tenants, and we don't have any problems with them.they are nice.

Even after rain, there is seepage in the balcony area. The door hinges are of very poor quality; we're considering replacing the doors because they need frequent repairs, whether it's the room door, kitchen door, or balcony door—all the doors in the flats are in very bad condition.

The area is spread over 13.53 acres of land with 60% of open space. This property delivers a lot of installations for the residents as it's having a huge place for tree plantation and gardening which makes a well-ventilated atmosphere across the campus. This residence comprising playgrounds for children, a swimming pool, gyms, spaces for meditation and yoga as well. I also meditate here every morning. Also, it has some open space for morning or evening walk for my parents. Many kids play together every evening. Neighbours are so compassionate and irrespective of every religion, we all attend every festival. It has a huge hall for committees and other cooperative activities as well.

Being a resident of this estate I feel satisfied with their amenities. I have bought a 3BHK flat for my family with much affordable prices with the perfect accommodation. Both 4BHK and 3BHK flats have attached balcony with decent room decoration and ample amount of spaces in the dining room, bedroom, kitchen and living room as well. Every building has the fastest elevators with fire extinguishers. Every flat has good electricity services including AC, lights and ceiling fans, geysers as well. Thus according to me, it's an excellent choice for everyone who are looking for an outstanding residence. This estate is registered by RERA and homes loans are available.

Apart from all, some negativities that should be maintained by the authorities as soon as possible. the nearest metro station at Huda City Centre is around 16 km away which is not easy to reach. The dwellers of this place like us face quite water supply issues and pipelines have been damaged for several times which are not been recovered till now. Overflowing sewage water during the monsoon is much disturbing to the dwellers. Frequent power cuts happen and for that my daughter can not complete her online classes. There is no hospital in this location and few days age my husband suffered from severe heart issue and couldn't find cabs at the crisis.
