Transportation connectivity is fine with schools and hospitals being available near the society. Maintenance is also satisfactory with adequate cleanliness and hygiene. Amenities like clubhouse and Parks are available in the premises. Residents living in the society are quite friendly and cooperative.

Having explored various aspects and analyzed the user's preferences, they found it challenging to identify numerous dislikes. However they noted that Construction quality of the building and infrastructure is good with some seepage and leakage issues.

I find the narrow roads in the society to be inconvenient, especially considering the lack of proper parking areas for houses. Additionally, the medical clinics within the society are not fully equipped, lacking essential facilities. Moreover, traffic congestion is a prevalent issue in the region, adding to the overall inconvenience.

I have been living in this society for the past five years, and I must say, the construction quality is excellent. The management is also efficient and responsive. While the connectivity and commute options are average, the green park areas are truly exceptional. Additionally, the society provides 24/7 water and electricity supply, CCTV monitoring, and other good facilities. Overall, it has been a positive experience living here.

In this society, I have noticed some drawbacks such as high maintenance charges, poor road quality leading to frequent traffic jams, lack of nearby gyms, and being not pet-friendly. Moreover, there are concerns about air pollution. Additionally, I find the neighbors to be unfriendly at times, and there have been instances of theft in the area. Overall, there are several aspects that I am not satisfied with in this society.

Inside the society, frequent traffic jams occur due to the lack of awareness among residents. Additionally, there's a scarcity of cab facilities nearby, and the nearest metro station is around 15 km away, making it inconvenient for residents. The lift quality is poor, with one building having only two lifts servicing 50 floors. In instances where both lifts are out of service, residents are left with the daunting task of climbing numerous flights of stairs, which can be highly inconvenient.

Ample parking is provided under the podium park, with dedicated and guest parking spaces. Outdoor amenities include lawn tennis courts, a skating area, kids' playing swings, and a walking track. The management is responsive and addresses feedback promptly.

I have been living in Emaar Gurgaon Greens from last 2 years, amazing. Excellent everything. 10/10 till mid 2023. But Suddenly the rents have doubled...For the sake of hard working people living on rent please don't pay more than Rs 27000 per month. I am being honest as it is the Max worth as a win win situation... You also need to compensate on below challenges...1) Only good for work from home please. 2) No MNC provides cab here..3) Uber/Zomato partners are not happy to deliver here. 4) Extreme trouble of water logging during rains 5) the malls nearby are useless 6) No good market in the radius of 5 KM...7) Schools nearby are horrible...8) Sec 102 is not for everyone, the loneliness here can get you in the dipression...Many more advantages and disadvantage...but please don't pay the rent blindly and raise the expectations of landlords...🙏

The transportation facilities here are excellent, and cabs are readily available within the society. We have good water supply and no issues with electricity. The amenities are very good and well-maintained. Most of the residents are tenants, and we don't have any problems with them.they are nice.

She often encounter maintenance issues, and the same problem keeps recurring. There is seepage in the bathroom, and it extends to the outer wall as well. Even after rain, there is seepage in the balcony area. The door hinges are of very poor quality; we're considering replacing the doors because they need frequent repairs, whether it's the room door, kitchen door, or balcony door—all the doors in the flats are in very bad condition.

Additionally, the servant room is extremely small, measuring just 5.5ft x 5ft.

The condition of the roads near the society is decent and maintained. Garbage collection and disposal is conducted appropriately. Lifts and CCTVs are available and maintained properly. They are safe. Ventilation and sunlight is available. Gyms and play area are there in the premises of the society. Society is pet friendly.

The area is spread over 13.53 acres of land with 60% of open space. This property delivers a lot of installations for the residents as it's having a huge place for tree plantation and gardening which makes a well-ventilated atmosphere across the campus. This residence comprising playgrounds for children, a swimming pool, gyms, spaces for meditation and yoga as well. I also meditate here every morning. Also, it has some open space for morning or evening walk for my parents. Many kids play together every evening. Neighbours are so compassionate and irrespective of every religion, we all attend every festival. It has a huge hall for committees and other cooperative activities as well.

Being a resident of this estate I feel satisfied with their amenities. I have bought a 3BHK flat for my family with much affordable prices with the perfect accommodation. Both 4BHK and 3BHK flats have attached balcony with decent room decoration and ample amount of spaces in the dining room, bedroom, kitchen and living room as well. Every building has the fastest elevators with fire extinguishers. Every flat has good electricity services including AC, lights and ceiling fans, geysers as well. Thus according to me, it's an excellent choice for everyone who are looking for an outstanding residence. This estate is registered by RERA and homes loans are available.

Apart from all, some negativities that should be maintained by the authorities as soon as possible. the nearest metro station at Huda City Centre is around 16 km away which is not easy to reach. The dwellers of this place like us face quite water supply issues and pipelines have been damaged for several times which are not been recovered till now. Overflowing sewage water during the monsoon is much disturbing to the dwellers. Frequent power cuts happen and for that my daughter can not complete her online classes. There is no hospital in this location and few days age my husband suffered from severe heart issue and couldn't find cabs at the crisis.

The place has an aired connection with the city which is much beneficial. Sector 102 is placed at a length of 3 km from Basai Dhankot railway station. Gurgaon Railway Station is just 5 km away from this place from we can easily reach our destination. Dwarka Expressway is also located near the estate which delivers huge benefits to us. Cabs are easily accessible from this place and for that my husband can reached timely to his destination. Sultanpur National Park is a popular tourist destination which is just 9km away from our place. Several schools, malls, daily essential shops are easily accessible from this place.

Emaar Gurgaon Greens is the ultimate choice of a residence located in Gurgaon. It is a perfect blend of traditional and contemporary art and design of buildings and the whole campus as well. I have been dwelling in the residence for a year and have had all the deadest luxuries encompassing professional security services, ample space for car parking, proper employment when I desired etc. This housing is an extremely peaceful and perfect place for a person like me who loves stillness and tranquillity. And the neighbours are so generous I have had so much helps from them in catastrophes during this pandemic.
