Everything from the proximity to market areas and schools to the impeccable maintenance of hygiene and cleanliness makes life incredibly convenient and comfortable. I never have to worry about garbage piling up thanks to the timely collection, and the uninterrupted water and electricity supply ensure a seamless daily routine. The quality of construction in our society is top-notch, and I've never had to deal with issues like seepage or leakage in my apartment. The abundance of natural light and ventilation makes every room feel airy and welcoming, and I love spending time on my balcony, enjoying the fresh air and sunlight. Having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse right within the society adds an extra layer of luxury to my lifestyle. But perhaps the best part of living here is the sense of community. Celebrating cultural festivals and events together, gathering in the common area, and seeing everyone come together to maintain a friendly and inclusive atmosphere truly makes this place feel like home. And the fact that everyone respects the pet rules shows a collective commitment to creating a harmonious living environment.

Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws are easily not accessible outside the society. The connectivity is not good. Road quality is not good, for which traffic issues are faced.

Public transport is right beside the society, and a local market is also nearby, making it convenient for residents. Although the hospital is a bit further away at 12 kilometers, all essential amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and covered parking are available within the society. The people here are superb, adding to the overall positive living experience.

The monthly maintenance charge is very high 16000 Rs.

Hospitals, schools, markets, and public transport all within a 1. 5 km radius. It's a gated community with standard amenities, excellent construction quality, and friendly residents. There's ample open parking available, and you won't have to worry about air or noise pollution here.

There is a market available around the society, due to which everything is available at a distance of 10 minutes, this is the plus point of the society.
