Connectivity of the apartment was quite good . rooms were spacious ,flooring was beautiful,overall the unit of the apartment was great.build quality was good .

Amenities were not allowed to use if you are tenant,you have to take noc from the owner .

The connectivity of the society is very convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Roads are perfect outside the society Metro station is available nearby the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. Maintainance charges are not high. CCTV cameras are installed. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats. The construction quality of the buildings is good. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Parking space is available.
Things need improvement
As a tenent society doen't allow them to use the amenities. The amenities needs to be allowed to everyone.

Kalpataru harmony is one of the best society in overall wakad area.All the amneities are available like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area ,gym etc and everything is well maintained.Auto and cabs even Essentials are easily approachable near by the society.Rooms are spacious and well designed and the quality of the construction is great.24/7 water supply is avalable in the society.Spacious parking space in the society.High security system and cleaniness is good in the society.
Things need improvement
Basically they are using recycled water for the toilet flush but due to that sometimes flush gets so dirty and the smell spoiles overall atmosphere inside the flat which is very disturbing sometimes.Power back up facilities are available only for the common area.Visitors parking is limited in the society.There is no as such socialism in the society eveybody is busy in there own life.

Good things here
This society is on main road so the connectivity regarding transportation is just top notch and even there are schools and hospitals near by the society.Society is very well maintained and neat,clean and hygenic atmosphere in the society.All the amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house ,gym kids play area and garden as well.Construction is really good and there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.All the festivals are celebrated.Society has spacious parking area.maintenance charges are reasonable in the society.
Things need improvement
Bmc water pipeline connection has not been provided in the society though managing commitee has initiated tanker facilities for residents.Builder has provided telecom facilities but connection has been discontinued since year in the society.

Cleanliness & maintenace of society is good with open space in society. connectivity is great like cabs auto facilities available near by apartment .amenities are to notch.

Construction quality was so poor,leakage and seepage issues were there and even cracks were there on the iner and outer side of the apartment

Good things here
This society is in middle of wakad ,so connectivity is top notch .maintainaince of the apartment is commandable like society is very clean .allocated parking has been provided for residence and visitors also.amenities are very well maintained.24/7 water supply ,no power cut issue.
Things need improvement
Power back up facility is available only for common areas and even solar panel is used for lift only.for visitors parking there are some charges if they want to use it above 1 month .

Good things here
Overall my living experience in that society was good,society was neat clean and hygenic.security sytem was great for the resident.All the modern amenities were present in the society.Auto ,cabs were avaialble easily,no water logging and traffic issues around the society.
Things need improvement
Due to Lots of metro construction work is going on in All over pune area due to which atmosphere is quite dusty and not good for small kids and human.Lekage and seepage issues in the society.Tenant has to pay extra to use any of the amenities.Railway station was far away from the society.

Kalpataru harmony is a premium society.society is highly maintained and everything was perfect.there was allocated parking for residenct and visitors.bachelor's were allowed in the society.power back up facility was available.

Issue resolution process can be improve.society should enhance maintaining facility .everything in the society is perfect.

Water was available 24/7. Auto-rickshaws were readily available. The roads outside the society were well-maintained. Garbage collection was done daily, and the society was clean. The flats were very well-ventilated. There were fire exits in the society. All amenities were present and well-maintained. The swimming pool was located on the upper floor, which sometimes led to littering, but it was cleaned promptly. The residents were good, and the society was pet-friendly. There was no leakage or seepage in the flats.
Things need improvement
Malls and restaurants were not within walking distance. The society did not have power backup. There were occasional power cuts. The visitors' parking space was limited

Good things here
Public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Hospitals are located nearby the society. The maintainace charges are affordable and maintainance is done on time. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Society is kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, the construction quality is good. gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society in amenities. All are properly maintained. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Parking space is available and quite spacious. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society
Things need improvement
Metro station is not available nearby the society. Previously the road quality was not good around the society but now it has been improved.

Connectivity is good as there are cabs and auto around the society even Airport was near by the society.High security system in the society all the areas were under cctv survilance.All the amenities like swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids play area,garden is available in the society.Quality of the construction id good ,there was no seepage issues in the society.
Things need improvement
Overall i spend very minimum time in the society but there was no socialism at all and even most of the festivals were not celebrated in the society.

Flats bohot specious hai. yaha society ke andar hi kisi ko walking krna ho ya khud ka kuch workout krna ho to uske liye dedicated space allotted hai. cleanliness kafi hai, kuch bhi noise pollution nhi hai. connectivity kafi acchi hai, sare chije within 1/2km me mil jate hai. construction kafi accha hai kbhi koi issue nhi aaya water leakage ka. log kafi cooperative hai. highway se within 1km me connect ho jate he. sari modern amenities like gym, clubhouse etc available hai. visitors ke liye dedicated parking bhi hai. traffic jam ka koi issue nhi hai. pani 24*7 available hai. security bohot acchi hai.

Society me power backup hai pr vo bas common areas ke liye hi available hai, flats ke liye nhi hai.

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos, connected to the highway as well. All the locations are nearby. Maintenance quality of the society is good with no water supply or logging issues. Amenities like gym, 3 play park, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. The neighborhood is quite friendly. CCTVs and Elevators are installed.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of the society is poor with seepage issues in every flat and in every area.

Good things here
There were no issues with power cuts or water supply, and maintenance was always on time. Nearby, the metro, public transport, auto rickshaws, and cabs were readily available. Amenities were also well-maintained, and security was good due to the presence of cameras everywhere.
Things need improvement
The only issue in the society was that delivery boys often parked their vehicles right in front of the main gate, but apart from that, the society was excellent.

Maintenance quality is very good with no water supply or logging issues in the society. The transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory. The construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like the gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. The residents are friendly and cooperative.

The society provides all basic facilities, thus couldn't find any significant dislike

Kalpataru Harmony society is a fantastic complex with spacious units and excellent maintenance. Its location at the society chowk ensures amazing connectivity, being in the Wakad area where schools, hospitals, and everything else are nearby.
Things need improvement
There is no visitors parking available in the society, only residents are allowed to park there. This means if a visitor comes, there is no designated parking for them. Facilities are not provided to bachelors in the society, and if they want access to facilities, they have to pay a significantly higher charge. The facilities were geared towards families and owners.

There is no water logging and traffic issues around the society.There are schools and hospitals near by the society,local transport is easy to approach near by the society.High security system in the society there are cctv in all over the area.All the modern amenities are there like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area is there in the society.Crowd of the people is good and coperative no discrimination done between owners and tenants.Allocated parking for owners and visitors is available.

Water sewage system is not good in the society like water that has been used for flushing in toilet is smelly and very dirty.Tenants has to pay extra charges to use amenities in the society.

The society is located on the main road, with public transport easily accessible, including local buses. It's connected to the Mumbai-Bangalore highway. There are two main gates for entry and exit, preventing traffic congestion. Security is robust, and water supply is continuous. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Parking is available both open and covered. The residents are very pleasant. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm in the society, managed by a dedicated committee. Beneath the amenities, there are two floors of parking where there was some leakage, but the builder promptly fixed it. While most societies don't provide a Conveyance deed, ours does. The roads outside the society are wide and cemented. There were cracks on the walls in some flats, but they have been filled. Maintenance charges are ₹3800 per month. The society is impeccably clean, with separate managers for all matters.
Things need improvement
When there is heavy rainfall, water accumulates in the parking area, which is then pumped out. However, when children play there, it becomes unsafe due to the water. During heavy rainfall, there might be occasional power cuts, and the power backup is only available for common areas, not for individual flats. Tenants have to pay for amenities; they are not provided for free.

All of the essential amenities, malls, schools, and major colleges, are within walking distance. Safety and security are well taken care of with the assistance of CCTV cameras and security guards, which substantially reduces the fear of any type of trouble for the children or women.

There is lush greenery alongside the inside roads and the Shivaji park developed nearby lets the kids enjoy their games in a healthy and pollution free environment. Markets, shops, stores, colleges and schools are accessible with a few minutes walk. Power supply is good and the security is also up to the mark as there is a regular police patrolling who ensures the high levels of security for not just the residents but also for the visitors.

The biggest reason to stay here is that it is pocket friendly and it is much easier to travel any part of the city without any hassle as the connectivity is quite good. All the basic amenities like shops, malls, bus station, schools and major colleges are nearby.
