The absence of pollution in the surrounding area further contributes to a healthy and pleasant environment. Additionally, residents can easily book cabs through services like Ola and Uber, ensuring hassle-free transportation when needed.

Things need improvement

The construction quality within the society falls short of expectations, evidenced by leakages in bathroom walls and windows. These issues compromise the structural integrity and overall appeal of the residences. Additionally, the maintenance charges imposed on residents are prohibitively expensive, adding to the financial burden of living in the society. These shortcomings detract significantly from the overall satisfaction and comfort of residents.

Things need improvement

Additionally, the railway station, which is approximately 10 kilometers distant, poses challenges for commuting, making it inconvenient for residents.

Also all cabs arrive here on time which saves lot of time. Calm and good location with strongly constructed flats and houses is what describe the place the best. However, connectivity is also up to the par as there is railway station which is nearby to go anywhere without facing any traffic issues.

Roads are in good condition and it is safe for everyone as there 2 security guards who take care of the security. However, the construction is not so good and requires regular maintenance along with proper cleanliness.
