Magnolias stands out as one of the most luxurious apartments I've ever seen. If you're seeking a blend of luxury, tranquility, beauty, and safety, this is the perfect place to call home. Situated on Golf Course Road, with the golf course nearby, it offers unparalleled surroundings. Plus, it ticks all the boxes for what one looks for in a home – proximity to the metro, departmental stores, and highway connectivity. Here, you'll find pet-loving and kind neighbors ready to greet you around the clock. It truly offers an exceptional living experience.
The only drawback I can point out is the higher cost associated with living here, as prices on Golf Course Road tend to be inflated. Additionally, there's a presence of some individuals who appear self-obsessed, which can create a slightly toxic environment at times.

It's a fantastic society with a lavish environment. Due to a relatively low number of families residing here, the atmosphere remains uncrowded and peaceful.

While DLF Magnolias itself boasts luxurious amenities and an exclusive atmosphere, the surrounding area may lack in economic prosperity, and some residents might exhibit behaviors perceived as rude. It's worth noting that the locality primarily attracts residents from diverse backgrounds, including corporate professionals from companies like Ambesys.

Limited metro connectivity leads to frequent traffic jams, while maintenance charges are high.

First place, location, location! Possibly in the best position, I know of that's going a bit far but still. Everything at fingertips for me. Area is safe, posh and with top class civic facilities. Only some water does accumulate in heavy monsoons but that is only a temporary thing. This well-developed area is well connected to major parts. The place is close to well known hospitals, education institutions, recreational areas, etc. the comfort of living gets a bigger and better definition in this cozy residential project. I am looking forward to move in soon.

Check out the great design. The build quality is superb and so is the interior. All kind of facility is there in the project. Neighborhood is posh and buzzing. You will get everything at hand. All major road go nearby. Area is super safe, buzzing in evening and cool crowd is hanging out nearby. Basic civic facility is top class but monsoon water logging still remains issue. Wide roads, greenery, open space what is there not to like? I am happy with the investment.

There are no two ways about it! The area is super-secure, and with all the best places in town! Love the location while the feature list is never-ending. Some of my favorites? Volleyball Court, Football Field, Internal Roads, 24X7 Water Supply, Intercom, CCTV, Fire, Fighting System, Power Backup, Gymnasium, Lift, Sewage Treatment Plant, Rain Water,Harvesting, and more. Construction quality is top class from a project of this stature and maintenance is excellent. Mobile network is also very good in the area as I saw from my field visit.

I am super comfortable in the Society. Every basic amenity is at walking distance. The toilets are very well designed and the balcony is spacious and airy. The project is desirable to both home-owners and renters due to its prime location and connectivity to NCR.

The flats are constructed with modern architecture and are spacious and well lit. The place is flooded with many modern amenities including Cycling & Jogging Track, 24x7 Security, Children's Play Area, Swimming Pool and Gymnasium. Great schools, shopping malls and colleges are in close proximity.

I live with my in-laws and children. The society has something to offer to everyone in the family. It is also close to the airport and saves my life every time I have to take a flight for work. The house is very well constructed and has a solid foundation.

A place that offers every desirable service starting from the gym, spa service, clubhouse, chef on call, jogging & cycling track and lots more. You can’t have a sedentary lifestyle even after 10 hours of Work from home. The Golf course is just round the corner and you can see it from your balconies, making evenings more blissful
