Vatika City Homes is situated in the heart of the city, offering a posh location. We enjoy over an acre of lush jogging parks and have a bustling market nearby. The colony is surrounded by excellent educational facilities, with schools located within walking distance. Additionally, shops are conveniently located within 50 to 100 meters of the colony, ensuring easy access to daily necessities.
The roads near our colony or town aren't in the best condition, causing some inconvenience. Additionally, there are frequent issues with the water supply in our colony, with disruptions occurring often. Furthermore, the lifts in our buildings sometimes stop working, leading to inconvenience for residents.

I've been living in Vatika City Homes for the past 6 years. It's a well-built community located in a convenient area with nearby access to stores, cafes, salons, markets, a mall, and transportation stops. We have security guards stationed at every entrance and exit, and CCTV cameras cover every corner to keep everyone safe. The society offers ample parking space, a large garden, a playground, a badminton court, a gym, a clubhouse, and a meeting hall. Residents here live harmoniously, coming together to celebrate events and festivals.
There are some issues we face in Vatika City Homes. Leaks from pipelines in the parking and lift areas occur frequently in many wings, causing inconvenience. Additionally, certain areas like the terrace lack proper cleanliness maintenance. The maintenance charges are quite high and seem to increase every year. Another challenge is the lack of ample parking for visitors, making it difficult for them to find space.

I lived there in 2017-2018, and the maintenance was good. There were CCTV cameras, lifts, and they were well-maintained. There were no issues like seepage, leakage, or water logging during that time. The society had amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, and they were well-kept. The neighbors were friendly, and there were no problems in the society while I lived there.
Connectivity was okay, but the issue was having to cross the Manesar toll for everything, which was inconvenient. Also, local transportation was not available inside, so we had to travel quite a distance each time.

Malls, shops and market areas are available nearby. Basic amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society. Maintenance is taken care of with no water logging issues in basements or roads, proper water supply. Also ensured regular cleaning.
He used to live earlier in the mentioned society, Metro station was not available nearby. Construction quality should be improved as there were seepage and leakage issues.

The people in charge of managing things have been cutting down on the nice stuff we get while making us pay more. It seems like a common way things are handled in India. The costs are seen as too high, and what we get in return isn't great. It's like staying in a budget hotel but being charged like it's a luxury one.

The plots in Vatican sector 82 are pretty spacious there's no problem for parking your car. Multiple parks for your children to play, good environment abs there is also dogs park where you can go and play with your dog. The society is pretty quiet and no disturbance. ,
The main issue is with connectivity in Vatican, as it is closer to the Caesar border. There is a slight problem in getting public transport, and one may have to wait for about 10-15 minutes for a cab. Additionally, there is no nearby metro station, and the existing one is quite far, which is a significant drawback.

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. It is a very beautiful society for living. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply issues are not faced. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Electricity issues are not faced at all, recharchale system is followed. Power backup is available in the society. Paintings are done on time in the society. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together.
The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Wall quality and plaster are not good. Moving in and moving out from the society is challenging for tenents, the security will approve then only you are allowed to move in or move out from the society

It's really peaceful here, with guards at every gate all the time. We've got some really tall buildings and every apartment is decked out with all the latest stuff. Plus, there's plenty of space to relax, with pools, gardens, and a playground for the kids
There's no fire alarm security, and parking is a hassle as there's no designated parking for each flat owner, leading to disputes over leased parking spaces. On top of that, there's a major issue with stolen land. Overall, it's a bad situation with unnecessary problems that could cause trouble down the line. It's better to look elsewhere to buy

I didn't face any issues in my experience; all facilities were provided. For every resident, there were basic amenities available, and everything in the society was well-maintained, so there was no need to face any problems. Since the society was situated on the main road, connectivity was obviously excellent, with markets, public transportation, auto rickshaws, and cabs all available nearby
While there weren't all amenities in the society like a swimming pool or gym, basic amenities like a clubhouse were available. It remains to be seen if there is anything to improve upon in that regard

Living here feels safe because of the good security. The clubhouse is really nice, and the parks are well taken care of. It's awesome to have tennis, basketball, and badminton courts too. Basically, it's a great place to live with lots of different flat designs to pick from.
The maintenance costs are a bit high, especially for larger units like the 3200sqft one at 12,000. However, there are smaller flats available too. The community hall isn't very big, and the balconies of the flats, while okay in length, are a bit narrow width-wise.
