Having a fish market in front of the society could be undesirable, especially for individuals investing three crore rupees to buy a flat.

Good things here
The area enjoys uninterrupted water and electricity supply, with regularly maintained drainage systems. There's constant CCTV surveillance for added security. Andheri Railway and Metro Station are just a 15-minute walk away, while DMART and StarMall are within a 10-minute walking distance. The locality offers excellent amenities and facilities, with no reported issues of robbery or crimes.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity was satisfactory with availability of autos and buses. Amenities like the gym, clubhouse and swimming pool are available. There is a security system. Market areas are also available nearby. Water supply is maintained. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. There are a parking lot in the society.
Things need improvement
Residents don't really celebrate all festivals and events together.

There is no water logging and traffic issues around the society.Society is neat ,clean and hygenic atmosphere.All the modern amenities are there in the society.Resident of the society are friendly,helpful and kind.Allocated parking space for the resident and visitors.Power back up facilities are there in the society

More than sufficient amenities are available, I am not facing any issues that needs to be mentioned. Sometimes water logging issues are seen in the basement area specially during rainy season. But that is being maintained now by the society, pipe works are going on in the basement area.

Good things here
Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. Everything is available within 300 meters around the society. Ample of parking space is available in the society, there are no parking chaos that happens with people in the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. Garbage collections are done on time. Multicolored bins are used for garbage disposal. The society is always kept clean, hygine is properly maitained. I personaly didn't face any seepage or leakage issues in my flat. Mobile network issues are not faced. There are no such water logging issues faced around the society. Timely paintings are also done. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are overall good and friendly.
Things need improvement
The flyover that is being made near the society is still under construction, for which sometimes problems are faced. I don't face any problem in the society as such, I don't think any improvement is required at the moment.

. I booked a 3BHK premium apartment and I faced a lot of issues. As the residential complex is in a hotspot area, there is a lot of traffic congestion during office hours
