It's located right at the heart of Neeladri Nagar, offering a big society with 24/7 security guards for peace of mind. Plus, there's convenient cab availability throughout the night.
Some flats may lack sunlight and could benefit from a fresh coat of paint and touch-ups. Additionally, due to COVID, some flats are vacant at the moment. However, overall, it's still a pleasant society.

As of now, there are no significant negatives to be concerned about, but the nearby heavy traffic can be an occasional issue. Overall, everything else is satisfactory for the time being.

In some localities, my experience has been with traffic congestion, especially during peak hours, which can result in delays and frustration for residents.

Positive aspects of this place include its excellent connectivity via bus routes, making commuting easier, and the well-maintained parking space. Lift facilities are available for every section of the society, and there's a playground for recreational activities. The security is very well maintained, providing a sense of safety. The administration is responsive to problem-solving. Numerous eateries are available with quick online service delivery, and many shops are within a 5 km radius, making it convenient. Overall, it offers value for money.
Metro connectivity is not yet established, and some flats are not well-maintained. The construction quality of a few flats is subpar, and waterlogging issues occur in some areas. Additionally, the maid services provided are expensive, so it's better to arrange services independently. Residents need to set up their own wifi connections, usually by extending an existing setup.

Living in Ittina Mahavir offers numerous advantages, particularly due to the proximity of Neeladri Nagar market, where you can find everything you need from restaurants and pubs to eateries, McDonald's, Domino's, and more. The connectivity to Infosys and Wipro is excellent, making commuting convenient. Additionally, the presence of a gym and swimming pool within the gated society ensures both fitness and recreation. Overall, it provides a sense of safety and convenience for residents.
The construction of the society is aging, leading to issues such as seepage during the rainy season. Rooms lack adequate lighting, with some rarely receiving sunlight. Additionally, the management of lifts and lighting needs improvement.

Negatives: The association is excessively strict, resorting to disconnecting water and electricity for minor infractions such as cheering for India during the World Cup or hosting a get-together. Additionally, fines are imposed for various activities.

Having lived here for over a year, I can confidently attest to the many positives of these flats. The area is perfect for both morning and evening walks, with well-maintained parks providing a serene atmosphere. Parking is ample, and compared to nearby apartments, rents and deposits are significantly lower. Plus, public transportation is easily accessible right from the front gate. The surroundings are well-lit, and essential shops are conveniently located within a 100-meter radius. Additionally, residents have access to gym facilities and a swimming pool on-site, adding to the appeal of these flats.
Negatives: Unfortunately, these flats suffer from poor construction quality, arguably the worst compared to neighboring buildings. There's no power backup available, and soundproofing is virtually nonexistent, as noises from nearby flats are easily heard due to inadequately soundproofed doors. I would recommend considering these flats only if financial constraints are a concern; otherwise, there are better options available nearby. Additionally, drainage problems persist, further detracting from the overall appeal of the flats.

Additionally, there's no power backup, and the building's architecture, including doors and flooring, appears outdated.

Additionally, the aging building necessitates ongoing maintenance activities, which the RWA rarely addresses. Despite these drawbacks, it can be advantageous for flat owners in terms of autonomy and decision-making.

During my time living in that society around four years ago, a major issue we faced was with electricity. Whenever the power went out, it would take a significant amount of time for it to be restored, and unfortunately, there were no backup power options available for residents.

there is a lot of parking space available in the residency. the neighbours here are supportive, helpful and friendly. the security arrangement is good and up to the mark, cars and bikes from outside are not allowed access. the guards and watchmen always keep a record and track of visitors.

all complaints are instantly dealt with be it the plumbing or electricity issues. the management is very good and friendly. shops and markets are all available nearby and there is no problem in transportation and commuting. pharmacies are also available.

an ineffective RWA is a major problem here. the residents have and face quite a bit of problem because of this. the building is old and needs constant maintenance. this is also a big problem for the residents as repairs and developments keep taking place.
