Maintenance charges are reasonable, and essential facilities like markets and supermarkets are available within the society. Additionally, amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is average, indicating room for improvement. There is a need to enhance cleanliness standards within the premises. Furthermore, the distance to the railway station from the society is considerable, although the exact distance is uncertain.

Furthermore, the distance to the railway station is significant, approximately 6 kilometers away from the society.

Clean terraces are upheld, and issues can be promptly resolved through the MyGate app and a 24-hour portal. Daily garbage collection maintains cleanliness. Rooms enjoy good ventilation and fresh air, while amenities include a mini hall, well-kept park, play area, walking track, and small gym.
Things need improvement
The construction site faces numerous issues, including frequent holes and cracks, making it one of the worst projects. Additionally, sealings are prone to falling apart, indicating significant structural concerns.
