Good things here
The apartments are extremely spacious, and the society is well-connected to public transportation, including the metro. It's kept neat and clean with regular maintenance.
Things need improvement
The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) can be slow in responding to minor issues, which might be frustrating for residents. Traffic jams are a common occurrence nearby, adding to the daily hassle. Additionally, having only one entrance gate open for residents could cause congestion during peak times.

The society is renowned for its lush greenery and offers a wide range of amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, golf court, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, and various indoor games like foosball, carrom, and badminton. There are plenty of park areas for parties, events, and casual gatherings. With CCTV surveillance and guards stationed at the main gates and every block, security is top-notch, allowing residents to feel safe even during late-night walks. The flats are well-designed, offering great views, and the society is conveniently located near the metro, bus stop, and shops, making it easy to access daily necessities. Overall, it provides excellent facilities and a comfortable living environment.
Things need improvement
The society is generally fantastic, with a great crowd of people. However, many residents are intolerant of pets, leading to numerous rules, regulations, and restrictions that can be frustrating for pet owners.

The apartments are well-designed, and the society maintains its high standards. Facilities like the gym and tennis court are always clean and ready for use. There are plenty of sports facilities available, and residents are cooperative. Safety and security are ensured, and the proximity to the bus and metro stations is convenient.
Things need improvement
Lot of traffic noise, with constant car and bus horns. Additionally, the traffic congestion might be overwhelming. Unfortunately, there's no swimming pool available in the society, and the lack of good malls and restaurants nearby could be disappointing for residents.

Good things here
Society's ambiance is excellent, with ample open space within the community. The committee is well-organized, overseeing various events and programs efficiently. Maintenance is also commendable, as issues are addressed promptly, and there are no water supply problems. Amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, outdoor games area, and a mini-golf play area are available and well maintained.
Things need improvement
Residents occasionally face leakage issues. Additionally, the addition of an LPG gas line would be an advantage for the residents.

Verna Serenity is the place to be with proximity to road, rail, mono rail, and upcoming metro! The amenities of a gym and swimming pool make it a perfect home. The swimming pool on the terrace connected to the highway, well-maintained parks, and good maintenance services enhance the overall living experience.
Things need improvement
The place is convenient for reaching Chem bur, Talk Nagar, and the Eastern Express Highway, but there's a problem with parking – not enough space. The small roads and lots of buses around make traffic jams more common. If you're thinking of investing in this project, it's a good idea to think about potential problems like leaks in many flats. Also, some staff members might not be very polite.

Good things here
There's 24/7 security with the help of CCTV cameras, making it an excellent place. Everything is nearby, including train stations, bus stops, metro, airport, and the Eastern Express Highway.
Things need improvement
The roads are a bit narrow for trucks or buses but are perfectly fine for normal cars.

Good things here
The society is well-maintained and clean, comprising 160 flats. With its small size, there's usually no need for water tankers. It features a Sewage Treatment Plant, a small play area for kids, a good gym, and a spacious party hall. The association has planted numerous plants and trees on the premises. The four-story building has a nice terrace for strolling. Security and cleaning staff are efficient, and ample parking is available for both four-wheelers and two-wheelers, including guest parking. It's conveniently close to Panther lake for walks, a superb supermarket, and two nearby schools. The proximity to the outer ring road, about 1 kilometer away, is an added advantage. The society has well-maintained lifts, and plumbing/electrical services are included in the maintenance cost.
Things need improvement
Area near the sewage treatment plant, leading to occasional bad smells. There's no swimming pool, and the space is limited, consisting of a straightforward building with 10 blocks and a road around it

The area is neat and clean with satisfactory parking space. There is some greenery around, and auto and Ola services are easily available. The nearby roads are well maintained.

The buildings require some repairs and proper maintenance. There isn't much celebration of festivals, and it's not recommended for pet owners.

I have booked a flat in this complex. The process was very smooth as the sales team was quite interactive and professional. The location of the project is decent. Apart from all this, the project offers ultra-modern facilities like a gym, badminton court, parking, jogging track, lift, security, intercom facility, sun deck, etc. We are satisfied with the infrastructure and would recommend it to everyone.
