Good things here
The quality of construction was very good with spacious rooms, balconies, and no issues of seepage. Maintenance was done on time.
Things need improvement
At that time, the area wasn't developed as it was surrounded by dense jungle-like terrain. In the society, there was only a clubhouse, which wasn't properly functional, and other amenities were also not available. Due to the lack of area development, people from surrounding villages would often attack anyone they saw alone. I also experienced such an incident, making the place very unsafe for solitary individuals.

Essential services are easily obtainable, and the society benefits from 24-hour water and electricity supply. Cleanliness is prioritized, with timely garbage collection being a regular practice. The maintenance standards align reasonably well with the facilities provided.
Things need improvement
It seems like there are significant issues with maintenance and amenities in the society. Many promised amenities have not been delivered by the builder, leading to dissatisfaction among residents. The garden is poorly maintained, and there is insufficient parking space. The security system is inadequate, with random security checks and a lack of CCTV surveillance. Additionally, the absence of power backup facilities further compounds the problems. Delays in maintenance payments from some residents contribute to the overall backwardness of the society. These issues need to be addressed by the management to improve living conditions for all residents.

Construction quality bohot achha hai . maintenance bhi achha hai society hygienic reheta hai .

Public transport like bus , metro, auto easily available nhi hai and malls bhi bohot dur hai like 4-5 km . network ka bhi issues hai .

No connectivity is avialable there.power cut issue is there. 27rs/unit powew backup cahrges.rent is too much high.

Overall, all the things in the society is good. It is just the maintenance & the issue resolution process than can be improved.

If you want to go metro then you have to go 8 min via public transport. For railway, you have to go Delhi station.

Crowd of the people are very soft-spoken and friendly.amenities are top-notch and well maintained. Schools and hospitals are nearby the apartment.
Things need improvement
Connectivity of the apartment is major concern, local transport facilities are not available nearby the society. Build quality is poor lots of seepage and leakage issues. Kids play area is not maintained properly.

This society is very good and peacefull to live in, it has a very good connectivity to school and the market is at a walking distance for all the necessary items, the amneties present in the society is also very good and well maintained and the society has 4 playground for children and adults
Things need improvement
The public transport is a issue around the society as you dont find any auto around the society you have to keep their number and need to call them if we want to go somewhere. the construction quality is also not the best as there is little bit of seepage but not very much.
