Power backup is also available for added reliability. Garbage collection is efficiently managed with separate disposal for wet and dry waste. The society is well-prepared for floods, providing safety and secure apartments. Nearby grocery shops, vegetable vendors, and meat markets offer convenient access to daily necessities. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and plumbing services are readily available. Public transportation is easily accessible within walking distance, with frequent services, including a tourist bus within 400 meters. The area is adorned with abundant greenery, enhancing its appeal and tranquility. Residents enjoy celebrating festivals together, fostering a vibrant and enjoyable community atmosphere.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in our area is subpar, with noticeable issues in the infrastructure. While amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are planned, they are currently under construction. Additionally, the metro line near the city is also under construction, impacting transportation infrastructure development.

Cabs and autos are easily accessible at the corner of the society, making transportation convenient for residents. The atmosphere within the society is spacious and pleasant. Cleaning is diligently carried out both inside and outside the society, ensuring a tidy environment for everyone.

Maintaining of lift is average. Construction quaality is preety good. People are very good and co-opertaive. Connectivity also good.

Certainly.it seem the railway station is quite a distance from the society.Poor roads can indeed to the difficulty.

Connectivity is easily available like cabs .The ola if we book at any time it will available in front of the society.

Greenary of the society is very spacious. People are very positive minded and co-operative in the society. connectivity is near it is convienent.

Costruction quality is not satisfatory. Lift is not available in the society. There is no club house in the society.

Hospitals are very near with a walkable distance for emergency. Atmosphere of the society is very spacious and very calm in the society.

The water facility is excellent, available 24 hours within the society. Cabs and autos are easily accessible inside the society. The people are very cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
Plaster of Paris is not used in the society's construction, but the overall construction quality is not satisfactory. Some seepage issues are present in the bathrooms and kitchen sinks, indicating poor maintenance.
