Online deliveries from services like Big Basket and food delivery platforms are seamlessly accommodated. Notably, these villas are offered at affordable prices. The society's maintenance is top-notch, with no reported issues regarding water or electricity. Even during summer shortages, water is efficiently supplied via tankers. The roads within the society are consistently clean and well-maintained, with regular garbage collection ensuring a tidy environment.
The community is located a bit further from the main road, meaning residents currently don't have easy access to nearby amenities like grocery stores within walking distance. Additionally, amenities are still being developed in phase 2 of the project. Consequently, residents need to travel to phase 1 to access facilities such as play areas and other amenities.

The layout of the houses is excellent, and the society's roads are well-designed with ample greenery. The villas in the society are constructed to high standards, with no issues regarding seepages. Ventilation within the villas is also excellent, due to their well-thought-out design. The maintenance of the society is exemplary, as the surroundings are meticulously cared for by diligent housekeeping staff. Individual power backups ensure uninterrupted power supply, and there have been no complaints about water shortages. Connectivity is also good with preschools and international schools located within a 3 to 4km radius of the society. Within the society itself, residents enjoy a range of amenities including a gym, indoor games facilities, a swimming pool, and well-maintained garden areas. Security measures are good, with comprehensive CCTV coverage and dedicated.
The society is located a bit far from the main road because there is no bus stop nearby. The constructions, such as the clubhouse, are still under construction.

Well-equipped residential community with 110 individual villas. The presence of large open spaces and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and volleyball court makes it an attractive place to live. The proximity to schools, supermarkets, and other essential services adds to the convenience. It's great that the maintenance is well-managed, with regular garbage collection and clean surroundings contributing to the hygiene of the area. The ongoing construction of additional amenities indicates a commitment to improving the community further. The fact that most residents are from the north and that children of similar ages play together in the evenings adds to the sense of community and camaraderie.
The residents of the society are requesting access to Kaveri water supply to enhance the quality of life and ensure a reliable water source for their daily needs.

The construction quality is excellent with no seepage or termite issues, and the ventilation is proper. The plaster and fittings are good, and there are amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool that are well-maintained. Each resident has designated parking, and the rules are followed. We have regular electricity and water supply, and the neighbors are very friendly and cooperative, always ready to help. Garbage collection is regular with proper wet and dry segregation.
The connectivity is okay, but not great. For some essentials, we have to go to the supermarket since nearby markets are small. Sometimes, it can be hard to find autorickshaws. Other than that, everything is fine here.

The society has no issues with parking and there are no street dogs. The cleanliness is well-maintained and it doesn't get too dirty. The society's construction quality is good, with no issues of leakage or seepage anywhere. the building is very strong with no cracks,
The neighbourhood is devoid of basic facilities including parks, gardens, and a gym. These recreational and exercise amenities are not available to residents. The community's convenience and general quality of life are impacted by the lack of facilities.

I have a new home and I am very satisfied with it. You see, I always fancied living in a landmark building and the city has many to remember. entertainment centers, offices, and everything else. Living in a posh area, you automatically expect the best safety and amenities. Love the interiors and construction overall along with the eagerness of the maintenance and support staff members. Kudos to the developer for delivering on his promise and also for offering the most exclusive facilities imaginable project.

Amenities wise, this project is one of the best I saw- it give everything such as Valet Parking, Acupressure Park, Foosball, Swimming Pool, Flower Garden, Reading Lounge, Aerobics Centre, Card Room and Terrace Garden and so much more like premium interior fitting and fixture. Construction and design are different. Maintenance and service offering from developer is very good. Area very safe and posh. I am looking forward to live here soon.

So, what do I have to say about this project is that, this was an impulsive purchase, but I'm so delighted I did it now that I've been here for two months! The interior quality, elegance, and luxurious décor, as well as all maintenance and services, are outstanding. Pools, superb camera security, gym sports facilities, ATM, and golf course are all things I enjoy. Wow, the list seems to go on forever! It is located at one of the most secure area. The only difficulty is with water; everything else is OK. Everything is excellent, from mobile connectivity to real connections. Almost all retail stores, multinational corporations, commercial enterprises, hospitals, colleges, and coffee shops are nearby.

For a fitness nut like myself, It is ideal. I've been using the well-equipped gym here and am looking forward to using the swimming pool. The running and cycling track is ideal for light morning or evening workout. The beautifully designed garden is ideal for a cup of tea with your neighbours. Everyone is friendly, and water and power outages are not a problem; in addition, security is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week for optimal comfort. While the kids are having fun in their play area, the power backup is present and operational. I normally work from home, where there is less noise and a good mobile network. Overall, I admire how much open space and vegetation there is right now.
