Good things here
Four years ago, I resided there, and the Aqua line metro station was conveniently located right in front. Ola and Uber services were easily accessible. However, for public transport, the metro was the primary option as there weren't other alternatives. The society had a small market, but for major shopping, one had to head to Sector 110. Maintenance was excellent during my stay, and hopefully, it has been upheld. There were no problems with seepage or leakage. The clubhouse and swimming pool within the society were of high quality, thanks to diligent maintenance by the builder at that time.
Things need improvement
Autos and buses are not accessible here, and there isn't a market in the entire Noida area. Another significant issue is the drain in Sector 137, where industrial waste is disposed of, causing a strong foul odor.

Few years ago, I moved to a new place, When i was living there public transport such as autos and rickshaws was readily available. The market area was nearby, and the maintenance of the locality was well-maintained. There were no issues with seepage or leakage, and water logging problems were not encountered. The society had amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool. Neighbors were friendly, and various events were celebrated. Overall, the society was well-maintained, and my experience there was great.
Things need improvement
I didn't dislike anything in the society. I have already mentioned the things that were absolutely great during my stay in the society.

Good things here
Lived 5 yrs ago. Hospital is right next to the society. Metro station is also nearby. Connectivity is good there are no issues with that. Society was well constructed, there was never an issue with water seepage and leekage. Clubhouose was there which had a gym, pool, Zumba classes and even badminton court. Had a few problems as a bachelor but neighbours were helpful and friendly. We celebrated all festivals in the society.

It was a great society overall, no issues

Society is good to live in, acchi hai society. Clean rehti hai society. Power & water supply hai accha, Power back up bhi hai. Connectivity bhi acha hai, sector 137 metro hai paas mein, Auto , cabs throughout the day mil jata hai society ke bahar, traffic ka issues nahi hai. Teeno rooms mein balconies hai flats mein. CCTV cameras , security guards hain . Amenities like swimming pool, gym, clubhouse sab hai society mein.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges zyada hain society mein. Construction quality thoid si kharab hai, accha material use nahi kiya hai built mein, Paint aur plaster ka toh issue hai society mein.

Transport connectivity is good with metro, cabs and autos available nearby. The metro station is at 1 minute walking distance. CCTVs and elevators are installed. Building quality is fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like the gym, swimming pool and playground are available in the premises. People are friendly and cooperative. They celebrate festivals together.
Things need improvement
No malls are available nearby. Stray dogs are present nearby which may be dangerous for kids.

The connectivity of the society is awesome, I use public transport , and auto cabs mil jata hai. Metro bhi theek thaak paas mein hai. Garbage collection & disposal hota hai time se. Flats me ventilation & sunlight accha hai. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks sab hain society mein. People are also helpful & friendly. Maintained lifts are also there.
Things need improvement
There is seepage issue in the flats. woh toh hai yaha, and wo khud hi theek karana padhta hai, it depends matlab zyada cheezein khud hi repair karana padhti hain.

Connectivity is good, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Metro is nearby the society. CCTV cameras are installed all over the society. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. People are very good in the society, they are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated together.

Sometimes seepage and leakage issues are faced but in the appartments.

Public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. The maintainance of the society is good, infact it's very good. Lifts and CCTV are installed and works properly. In amenities gym, swimmingpool,club house, indor and outdoor games are available in the society. neighbours are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Sometimes seepage and leakage issues are faced but that's very rare, it gets resolves if something arises. Big grounds for kids play area are nnot available. I don't feel there's anything else that needs to be taken care of, society is well maintained.

Transportation connectivity near the society is very good, the metro station is close by. Maintenance quality is also fine with no water supply and logging issues. Construction quality is good with no seepage and leakage issues. Society is continuously improving the construction. Amenities like gym, play area and clubhouse are available. Residents are very friendly, the environment is very good for the kids.
Things need improvement
There is no sufficient greenery in the society. The rent rates are very high.
