Good things here
Living here has been a good experience so far. Connectivity is great with easy access to autos, cabs, the metro, and railway stations. Maintenance is reliable with regular cleaning, efficient garbage collection, and well-functioning lifts. The construction quality is solid, with no leaks or cracks, and good ventilation. The neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming. Security is strong with CCTV, and there is ample parking and guest parking available.
Things need improvement
The amenities are still under construction, which means we can't use the garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, or clubs yet. This is a bit disappointing.

Good things here
The society has enough greenery. Local transport is easily accessible. Festivals are celebrated together by all residents. The residents are cooperative. Cleanliness is maintained, and there is no traffic issue near the society. The lifts are maintained, and maintenance charges are justified.
Things need improvement
There are disputes ongoing between the builder and the society, causing some modern amenities in the society to be non-operational. The nearest metro station is 3 km away from the society.

Good things here
Transport is good, the flats are well-ventilated, there are open and basement parking options, cleanliness is maintained, there is a gym, clubhouse, and play area, and the people are friendly.
Things need improvement
Seepage is an issue, there is heavy traffic on the main road during peak times, only one out of three elevators is working, and sometimes elevators stop due to voltage issues from power cuts. Additionally, we have to pay separate amounts for amenities and monthly maintenance.

Good things here
Autos and cabs are easily available, the flats are well-ventilated, there is street and open parking, and the gym, clubhouse, and play area are spacious and well-maintained. The overall maintenance is good.
Things need improvement
The construction quality, including plaster and fittings, is not as good compared to other societies. Additionally, people need to take membership by paying a huge amount, and there are some issues with the clubhouse.
