The construction od the society is very good, connectivity between the towers is perfectly good. All towers are connected through park and podium , this is the best thing of my society.

Auto-rickshaws were readily available outside the society, making connectivity quite convenient, with restaurants, markets, and schools nearby. The unit sizes were good, and ventilation was also adequate. The residents of the society were very friendly and nice, and there were rarely any conflicts or arguments among them.
Things need improvement
The corridors in the society were somewhat dirty due to shoe racks and other items kept outside the flats, leading to a messy and unclean environment. Maintenance charges were not excessively high, but there were some issues with maintenance, particularly concerning cleanliness. In our flat, one of the bathrooms always had a seepage problem, indicating that the construction quality was not very good. The swimming pool was not functional yet, as construction work was still ongoing.
