Residents in the society faced a two-day water supply issue, highlighting the need for improved infrastructure and management to ensure consistent and reliable access to water.

Good things here
The location is superb, with easy access to public transport, supermarkets, shopping malls, and schools. The society's maintenance is excellent, although there are occasional issues with water, power, and garbage collection. The construction quality is outstanding.the surronding people are very helpful

I moved out of this community, where during my time there, the maintenance facilities were excellent due to the effective waste management systems in place. Residents never faced problems with water supply. This small community, consisting of approximately 30 to 40 families, was characterized by its friendly and cooperative atmosphere. The connectivity within the community was also noteworthy, with schools, hospitals, markets, and all essential amenities located within a convenient 500-meter radius. Amenities such as the swimming pool and play area were well maintained.
Things need improvement
The building doesn't look good because the paint job was done a long time ago, and there are also some leakage issues due to the older construction.

I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. During my time there, the maintenance was excellent, as I never faced any issues related to water supply, and the garbage collection was done regularly. The management was always attentive to residents' concerns, promptly addressing them and keeping everyone informed about committee meetings and events. There are a few schools and markets within walking distance from the society, making them easily reachable. Transportation facilities such as cabs and autos are readily available. The construction quality has also been impeccable, with no leakage issues. The amenities, including a clubhouse, swimming pool, and numerous play areas are available.
Things need improvement
The society is located a bit far from the places such as shopping malls, nig markets and also public transportation is challenging such as buses.

The atmosphere of the society is very spacious, and the greenery is very good. Maintenance charges are very reasonable. The maintenance of lifts is very good in the society. Schools are available within a walkable distance from the society, which is convenient. Street lights are very good, and ventilation in the flats is excellent. There is fresh air in the society, and it is pollution-free. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction of the society is poor, as evidenced by the presence of cracks on the walls. Additionally, being an old building, approximately 10 years old, contributes to these issues. Traffic issues during the nights are irritating for the residents.

Additionally, there are multiple schools, clinics, and a bus stop all within a 1km radius. Cab services are readily available through app bookings, operating around the clock. Maintenance within the society is top-notch, featuring timely garbage collection, continuous water supply, and efficient cleaning services. The association is responding quickly to residents' complaints. Furthermore, the society has outstanding amenities, including a community hall, play areas, gym, and swimming pool. Local vendors selling fresh vegetables, fruits, and flowers set up stalls weekly within the society premises.
Things need improvement
This society's constructions are older because there are some water leakage issues in washrooms and the painting works have not been done.

During my time in the society, around four years ago, the association members were consistently helpful and responsive to residents' concerns. The society's excellent connectivity, situated within a seven-minute walk from the main gate and proximity to the bus stop, facilitated easy access to essential amenities. Supermarkets, schools, and medical stores were conveniently located within a kilometer radius of the society. There are numerous IT companies in the vicinity. Maintenance standards were commendable, with regular garbage collection and reliable water supply. The elevators were consistently operational, and the security guards were friendly. Residents enjoyed well-maintained amenities including a badminton court, swimming pool, walking and cycling tracks, party hall, and gym.
Things need improvement
The traffic jams near the society are primarily caused by the presence of IT companies. Additionally, maintenance services, like cleaning, could be improved further.

This place is near all the IT parks with a very clean environment with loads of nature and greenery. The pollution rate is quite bearable. Parking space is clean and spacious. There is a really nice café here.

Its more of a bachelors friendly many groups of students and office workers choose to live here as this place is near all kinds of colleges and office. Recently they have installed a BB delivery machinery, which helps a lot with home amenities.

The condition of lift is very good, barely gets damaged and if happens a worker is required to handle it asap. The lift is very big can hold a lot of people all at once. The electricity is always there.

As it has been a year I must say it’s a very nice place to stay. And specially if you love outdoor games you get a lot of space to do that, the place is filled with badminton court, swimming pool, community hall and many more. The equipment are there as well.
