Good things here
Public transport like bus,auto , ola,uber , rapido are easily avialable . location is good. maintenance is very well.
Things need improvement
Maintenance should be slidely better . as such no other issue arises in the society.

Amenities are available in the society like gym, swimming pool, club house, garden and all those things are very well maintained.
Things need improvement
There was a lot of need for paint in the society. The committee should have had paint on the outer and inner. That paint was very bad.

The society is very well maintained and the electricity is always backup, so the maintenance of the society is very good.

The gym in the society can be improved, built in a better space and more maintained well.

Proper maintenance of the lift ensures its reliable. Atmosphere of the society is very nice and quit.

Poor connectivity like cabs and autos are not available in front of the society is inconvenient.

the connectivity is good as the public transport is avaliable around the society easily, school and hospital are at walking distance

All the facilities like club house, gym, parking area , play ground all are there. location is very good.

Maintenance is medium liike not so good . seepage,leakage problem is there and little bit of paint peeling off.

Nearby markets ,malls, grocery shop all are there. people are good in the society.

Little bit of seepage and leakge problem is there but maintenance team on that problem to resolve that.

Cleaning is good in the garden area. Atmosphere is very pleasant and calm. Security is well in the society.

Connectivity is not near to the society. Lift is not working properly it is frustrated.

Security guards are very bad and rude behaviour. bachelors are not allowed. there is no gym

Construction quality is very good.24/7 power supply available. Nearby auto, ola, uber, rapido, public transport all are available. People in the society is very humble.

Society has as such no any problem, but It is just the maintenance & the issue resolution process than can be improved.

In this community, there are great facilities like two pools for men and women, a garden, a walking track, and parking.

In certain blocks of this society, there are minor issues, like the lack of separate electricity arrangements.

Overall the society was very good, maintenance was good, and public transport market etc. was available outside the society.
Things need improvement
The electricity connection in the society was coming from the village, so in summers the connection used to get cut many times and it caused a lot of problems.

The layout and size of the units are incomparable to those in other nearby societies. Outside is a Domino's Pizza. The society's amenities are not as extensive as those in other societies, such as Mahagun Moderne, but they are nonetheless adequate. Security is expected. There is a controversy in the RWA about people not spending the fund appropriately, which I hope will be rectified.

There is a no traffic issues in the area. Maintenance services are good and reasonable. The location is pet friendly as well. No power issues in the area. Also, water supply is good. Bachelors are not allowed to rent a flat here.

It is a well-protected society in which random outside visitors are not permitted without an access pass. The parks are lovely, and the clubhouse is well-equipped, with a well-maintained gym, indoor games, and an outside play area. Within the society, there are grocery stores, medical shops, and so on. The society boasts magnificent architecture and high-quality construction. Metro connectivity is simple because the metro is nearby, and auto availability is also good

Auto and cabs are available easily. Metro is close to the area that provides easy access to neighbouring locations. Outsiders are not allowed wthout prior information. Security is quite high. Parking space is limited.

the society is filled with lush greenery. Public transport is available easily. Metro connectivity is there in the area. Well-maintained parks. The architecture is very beautiful. Prices of the flats are high.
