Being one of the 500 families who have already shifted to Apex Kremlin, I can confidently say that it offers a comfortable and convenient living experience with its excellent amenities and nearby civic facilities.

The fire fighting systems and sewage treatment plant at Apex Kremlin ensure safety and a clean environment for the residents. Plus, the nearby hospitals and markets make life convenient for me.

I am thrilled with the beautiful view of the national park from my apartment at Apex Kremlin. The modern amenities and nearby schools make it perfect for my family. Highly recommended!

Apex Kremlin's location in Siddharth Vihar provides easy access to schools, ATMs, and markets. The extensive network of public transport makes commuting hassle-free for the residents. I am quite impressed.

I love how Apex Kremlin has a children's play area and restaurants within the premises. It's a great place for my kids to have fun, and I can easily grab a bite to eat.

I lived here for 6 month and Only reason forced me to leave is Maintenance office unethical rules for swimming pools and Club house facility rules. Not open all Day. Also Electricity and IGL gas bills are so high. nobody from IGL comes to take reading even after multiple followup. they just gave rough estimation based on previous experience. I live only 3 person in a flat and IGL bill is more than 2000. It is even worse when comes to electricity bill. first month i got 1500 bill, next month 3500, next 4500 and next 7500 bill. we are still 3 person and use electricity very efficiently. Not sure what the electricity meter and setup is but bill is too high. Got to know when leaving that last tenant also left in 4-5 month due to high electricity and IGL bills. I have lived in many cities such as Pune, Bangalore Hyderabad but this king of bills are not seen in even SObha societies in south. Very poor Maintenance office management and association management/control over it.
