AVL 36 is a recently constructed society on the road connecting Dwarka Expressway to NH8, before Manesar toll plaza. Inspite of being an affordable society, the construction quality of this project is very good. The project was delivered on time by the builder. More than 800 out of 1400 flats were occupied after 4 months of possession. The approaching road however, is odd as of now because the new Dwarka expressway is under construction for the last 8 moths and has been delayed due to covid-19.

AVL 36 is, in my opinion, the most cheap home in Gurgaon. When it comes to purchasing a home in this area, they are considerate and supportive. I recently purchased a home in this area. The folks here are a joy to be around. Our society has what are known as world-class amenities such as planned Sports Grounds, Stadiums, Playgrounds, Parks, and Waterbodies/Lakes. Badminton Court, Jogging Park, Cricket Net, Basketball Court, Skating Rink, Yoga Pavilion, children's play area, and parks are among the complex's outdoor sporting amenities. Building a knowing India of the twenty-first century through a library for children and the elderly. In the complex, there is a creche and a community centre. Environmentally friendly technology are used.
