Good things here

Despite being an older society, the amenities are impressive, with the RWA taking good care. Recent repairs have been made to most of the towers' lifts. Basic amenities like grocery stores, pharmacies, and salons are conveniently located within the premises.

Good things here

Just 10 minutes from the metro station, providing superb connectivity to key areas in Gurgaon like MG Road, Cyber City, Sector 29, and Golf Course Road. The RWA ensures good maintenance of the society.

Good things here

A well-built society with tenant-friendly policies - the RWA doesn't intervene unless there are complaints from neighbors. Fully secure with an in-house grocery store, medical shop, and weekend street food stalls. Public transportation is easily accessible, with the Huda metro station just 2km away and cabs allowed inside. No drama regarding bachelors, and rent is moderate compared to nearby societies. The only drawback is its age, but it remains sturdy compared to newer developments.

Positives: The parks are impeccably maintained, providing a serene environment. Security measures are commendable, ensuring residents' safety. Full power backup adds to the convenience. The presence of essential shops within the society complex is convenient. Overall, the society maintains a clean and lush green ambiance.

The society boasts excellent facilities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. The road structure is well-maintained, with safety features in each tower and effective surveillance. Parks are well-kept, and ample parking space is available. Convenient shops within the society make it a highly desirable place to live.

Social interactions are limited, and the clubhouse, swimming pool, and gym are relatively small compared to the number of residents. Certain areas of the society, particularly the older ones, lack maintenance and hygiene, with cleanliness being rarely observed. Additionally, parking vehicles around the parks increases the risk of property damage or loss.

The towers are centrally located in the heart of the city, with a mall within walking distance and hospitals, schools, and the metro nearby. It's a neat, green, clean, and well-managed society with all basic amenities. Notably, it boasts new lifts, top-notch security, and a great club with a swimming pool and gym. Tower-8 has a beautiful park in front. Residents are polite and committed to maintaining cleanliness. With the Huda metro station just 1 km away and a shopping center within the society, I highly recommend staying here.

The society's maintenance is severely lacking, with poor service and certain maintenance members, like Munish Rana, exploiting owners for personal gain. They manipulate personal information according to their convenience and refuse to stop when asked, exerting power in collaboration with security.

The standout features include round-the-clock security with guards on duty throughout the day and night, rotating shifts. Additionally, residents enjoy the convenience of having a swimming pool on the premises.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness around the blocks leaves something to be desired, as it's not cleaned daily. Additionally, the absence of a milk shop within the society is a minor inconvenience. However, overall, the society offers many positive aspects.
