Good things here
The society committee effectively maintains cleanliness and hygiene standards, which is commendable. The presence of balconies in the buildings is a definite plus. Construction quality is solid, with no issues like leakage, seepage, or cracks on walls reported. The Ganesh festival is celebrated grandly, adding to the community's vibrancy. Additionally, the presence of a garden provides a safe and enjoyable space for kids to play.
Things need improvement
Residents have to go downstairs for drinking water, as it's not available directly in the flats. Unfortunately, there are no gym or clubhouse facilities within the society. Festivals are limited to the Ganpati celebration as residents don't contribute for other festivities like Navratri. Additionally, connectivity is lacking, with no nearby market, local transport, or accessible metro stations.

Good things here
The society doesn't experience any water leakage issues due to the good quality construction materials used from reputable companies. All necessary amenities like schools, hospitals, markets, malls, local food shops, and public transportation including autos and buses are available nearby. There's a proper water supply in the society, power cuts are rare with backup available, and ample parking space is provided within the society with designated parking for residents.
Things need improvement
There's more improvement in the administration of the society. No nighttime functions should be allowed to prevent disturbances. Additionally, there's a lack of recreational facilities and visitor parking within�the�society.

Every inch of the available space has been perfectly used by the developer. The bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious. The windows are wider enough to let fresh air and sunlight enter.

My apartment is Vaastu compliant and has spacious rooms. Ample space is left even after accommodating the daily needs. The developer has planned it quite well. Great job done by the team!

The name Bhoomi Group Acropolis is worthy of investment. I bought an apartment and have been living here peacefully. The entire compound is managed excellently by the internal staff.

Presence of schools such as NP Shah, St. James English High School, and Matrix Academy School. The power and water supply are excellent and you can reach here easily as the connectivity is not an issue. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola, Uber reach this place on time as there is no connectivity issue or traffic problem. CCTV cameras inside the premises give a safer environment.

Only 5 km from commercial complexes such as Parikh Commercial Centre, Bhaskar Commercial Complex, and Asset Hub. Spacious and well-constructed homes with great views describe It is a place for those who want to have a peaceful environment as the outside view is just awesome. You get a good view from the balcony and feel relaxed while spending time during the sunrise and sunset. You can instantly book any cab without waiting much as it is easier for them to reach here.

Offers beach resorts such as Arnala, Manas, and Manthan Beach Resort for a weekend getaway. The homes are built with good quality material and are spacious enough with nice ventilation for sunlight and fresh air. The best part is that these cabs are available at all times. It is a decent place with all the basic amenities like shops, a gym, ATMs. Roads are in good condition with complete cleanliness and regular maintenance. If you work the evening shift, there is no need to be concerned because of the strict security both inside and outside the place.
