Good things here
The location near Dwarka Expressway ensures easy accessibility, while the peaceful surroundings and abundant greenery make it a serene place to live. With open car and bike parking available, residents enjoy convenience. Additionally, essential amenities such as hospitals and schools are just minutes away, enhancing the convenience of living in the society.
Things need improvement
As the area is still undergoing development, it's slightly on the outskirts of Gurgaon. However, everything else about the place is positive. Although Airtel and Jio fiber services aren't available yet, local internet services are accessible through vendors.

Good things here
This is a gated community with round-the-clock security guards stationed at all entrances. Nestled in a lush green environment, the society features meticulously maintained parks. The flats are airy and well-ventilated, offering balconies that overlook breathtaking views of lush green fields. The lifts are fully functional, and there's reliable power backup in place.
Things need improvement
Currently, there may be some connectivity issues, but they are expected to be resolved in the near future, especially with numerous projects underway nearby. Parking space is available for two-wheelers only at the moment.

This is a gated community where access to outdoor areas requires a pass. Residents have access to both indoor and outdoor gym facilities, as well as playgrounds for recreational activities.
Things need improvement
During office hours, traffic jams are common in the area. Unfortunately, the swimming pool maintenance leaves something to be desired. Additionally, there's currently no metro connectivity.

Good things here
This is a gated society with restricted access for outsiders. The apartments are of good quality, and there's elevator access available. The community also boasts ample green spaces.
Things need improvement
The only drawback is that it's a bit set back from the main road, and the parking allotment is limited to two-wheelers only.

I recently moved into the Pareena Laxmi Apartments in Gurgaon and am impressed with the construction quality. The apartments are well-ventilated and spacious. The gated community adds security, and the surrounding greenery adds to the appeal.
