The apartment complex has a lot of open space, which is unusual and great. It features three big parks, two open badminton courts, well-maintained areas for swings, a walled tennis ground, and a place for skating. It's perfect for kids, with a playroom for younger ones. The entire space is well-kept and even has cushioned flooring in the swing area.
The electrical fittings in the apartments are of poor quality. Despite having many parks, older individuals tend to occupy them, preventing kids from playing. Public transport options are limited, and owning a car is preferable. Some roads leading to Seven Lamps are in a state of disrepair for an extended period without any action being taken.

I am yet to work on the interior of my 2BHK flat which is spacious enough to work on. There is a good space for parking and also there are some rich amenities. So happy to find that metro station is close-by. Can travel anywhere without hassle. Safe area to explore with good power supply.

Neighborhood is very peaceful and safe for walking and everything in close reach from shopping mall to school and market along with hospital and supermarket. Builder has given great construction quality and amenity. Overall the project is pretty good under the budget price.
