The construction quality in this society is extremely poor, with incidents reported such as wall-mounted WCs falling off, balconies tilting, and cracking staircases. Additionally, there are no club or amenities available, just a large excavated site posing a hazard, especially for children. The project was completed with poor quality by a bankrupt builder, suggesting corners were cut. Accessing transportation like Uber can also be challenging due to the distance from the main road. It's advisable to avoid making purchases in this area.
