The construction quality in this society is extremely poor, with incidents reported such as wall-mounted WCs falling off, balconies tilting, and cracking staircases. Additionally, there are no club or amenities available, just a large excavated site posing a hazard, especially for children. The project was completed with poor quality by a bankrupt builder, suggesting corners were cut. Accessing transportation like Uber can also be challenging due to the distance from the main road. It's advisable to avoid making purchases in this area.

The colony offers convenient access to malls along Sohna Road and is situated very close to a metro station. Within the premises, residents benefit from laundry services and a general store. It's a gated community with robust security measures, including CCTV cameras and guards assigned to each tower. Additionally, there's a park with swings, ample parking space, and designated walking areas for residents.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is average, and there's a need for repairs at the entry from the mall side. Currently, amenities like the swimming pool and club facility are still under development. However, the maintenance cost of 2.25 per square foot may seem steep considering the available facilities. Additionally, some flats are awaiting complete registry, and the external facade could benefit from repairs.

The people living here are really nice and friendly, which creates a charming atmosphere. The quality of life is so good that it attracts everyone to this place.
Things need improvement
The main issue here is the distance; you'll need your own transportation to get to work and run errands. Because of this inconvenience, the rent is only half of what you'd expect to pay elsewhere.

The security here is top-notch with double layers at the gate and towers. Plus, the backup power system works well. And you'll love the greenery and the park nearby.

There's no gym here, and public transport is a bit far. Some areas are still under construction, and we could use more shops around here.

The society is well-maintained with no major concerns. CCTV cameras are strategically placed at gates, boundary walls, and corridors. There's a continuous 24-hour water supply, and electricity is available round the clock with generator backup. The guards are vigilant, always on duty, and very helpful. Maid services are also available and maintain high levels of hygiene.
Things need improvement
The maintenance cost is quite high, and the greenery in the society is not as abundant as expected. Some areas face seepage problems, and there's a lack of rainwater harvesting and solar systems, which could help conserve resources. Additionally, there is a noticeable wastage of water.

The location, particularly on Main Son Road, tends to be crowded, and there are often traffic jams as soon as you exit the campus.
