Good things here
It is well situated. RWA services are good. People are nice. Lots of shops around. Many schools and hospitals near home.
Things need improvement
Very poor Maintenance . Shabby condition of construction. Registration happened very late. Resale value is low.

Good things here
He used to live earlier in the mentioned society. Public transport easily mil jata tha, noida sector 52 metro tha paas me. Society saaf rehta tha , cleaners the waha. Market bhi tha wahi society me. Good drainage system was there. Amenities were nice & maintained like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse.
Things need improvement
No as such issues were there when he used to live there , it is just he told that there were some street dogs issue in & around the society.

Good things here
Ola and uber are available outside the society , the flats were well ventialled in the soceity all amenities are there like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool in the society , there was alot of open space in the society , the market area is available around 100m of area, the good quality of plaster used in the society like there is no issue of ceiling and seepage
Things need improvement
Only autos are available there in the society , the maintenance was bit average that time but its was improving , the people were busy in their own life so very less interaction with them , i didn't know much about festival celebration because i came to my hometown on that time

Its a beautiful Flat with scenic view have having all the amenities. Transportation connectivity is excellent.

Good things here
The society has beautiful amenities including play area for children, games room with table tennis. Swimming pool is very well maintained. Metro station is situated at around 500m from the society. Food delivery apps such as Zomato and Swiggy are available. Painting is conducted and garbage collection is done.
Things need improvement
Sometimes seepage happens on the walls of the building and the walls crack creating problem. Most commonly it happens during monsoon. The neighbours are average.

Good things here
The society has nearby auto and e- rickshaws. Water is avaiable 24 hours and painting is done every four years. Park is available for children and elderly. People are friendly and cooperative. Overall society has a lot of greenary around and fresh air so the residents like the greenary and spend time with nature frequently. No noise issue, the society is calm.
Things need improvement
The society does not have a nearby metro station. People have to travel long way to reach metro station. Swimming pool. gym, lift are not available in the society. Sometimes water logging happens during the rainy season and seepage issue occurs which is really necessary to be taken care of. Parking area is average not upto the mark.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Park and play ground area both are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The society is always not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. The greeneries and outside presentation of the society is not maintained properly. constructuion quality is not good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

The connectivity of the society is excellent like metro nearby the society , autos and rikshaw are easily available in the society , all festival are celebrated in the society

There is issue of ceiling and seepage in the flats , the amenities are there but they are paid for tenants , high maintenance charges in the society , i have less interaction with people though they are nice
