It's situated in a great spot, with easy access to the highway and railway station. Schools and hospitals are close by, and there's a market nearby too. Overall, it seems like a convenient location to live in.
In the evenings, there can be some traffic jams, which can be a bit of a hassle. Additionally, the street lights aren't properly maintained, which could affect visibility and safety at night.

I checked out Sethia Grandeur, and it's really well-built. It's close to the Western Express Highway and there's a new metro station being built nearby, which is super handy. The area is peaceful, and there's even some open space nearby. Security seems tight, with CCTV cameras in important spots.
The kids' swimming pool isn't kept up very well, and the roads around the project aren't great - the one right outside the gate isn't even paved. It's not easy to get to the market from Sethia Grandeur, and there aren't any shops inside the building. And if you have visitors, parking can be a bit tricky.

Living near Sethia Building has its perks. The area is convenient with schools, hospitals, and the railway station all within a kilometer's distance. Despite being in a commercial area, it's clean and well-maintained. Plus, there's a metro project nearby, so there'll be a metro station close to the building in the future.

Auto cabs were easily available near by the society.Build quality is great no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment.High security system and proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.crowd of the people is good,friendly and kind.
Society is bit inside from the main road and even though there is shamshan bhoomi near by the society so atmosphere is bit smelly there. this is small building and does not consist of any of the amenities in the society even parking space is not there,public transport like railway station is far away from the society.

This apartment is excellent, providing almost all amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, in-flat grocery store, table tennis court, spacious playground, and ample parking space. The generator facilities during power cuts and 24-hour water supply make it feel like the better choice
This community has terrible management. They impose shift-in and shift-out charges, which seem like a rip-off, and the management doesn't provide much assistance

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transportations are easily available, nearby auto and buses are available just outside the gate of the society. The water supply is very good in the society. Water is available for 24*7 in the society. The society has got good drainage system, there are no such water logging issues inside the society. No such seepage or leakage issues are faced in the society, the construction quality of the society is very good. CCTV cameras are installed. Lifts are available and it functional properly. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative in the society.
The society was a bit costly. Amenities like gym swimmingpool, club house is available but it's very small. One room was converted into gym which is very small.

The location seems good, and the construction quality looks solid. Additionally, there's a private cab service available.
Construction progress on the remaining towers is either stopped or moving very slowly. There are no amenities like a club, convenience shops, sports, or recreational facilities. The two tower areas are separated by a road

This building is located at the prime location of We. The bus station is just a few steps away, railway station a few minutes and a proposed airport about 20 minutes away. Fire station and Health center are also at a walkable distance. You'll get all essential items like grocery and dairy nearby also then Building has many shops. The security system is good CCTVs are installed at all necessary point's in and outside the building. There is ample parking space in the building. Also, the building has good power backup.,
There isn't ample space for a walk outside, and the building lacks club facilities. Additionally, for a gym, you have to go outside the building premises.

One of the good society, there are no problems with public transportation, and the airport is conveniently close to the society. Plus, there are indoor games, a library, and a gym right in the society for residents to enjoy. And let's not forget about the pool - that's available too!
There's no designated walking area, and the society is quite pricey - you'll need a fairly high income to afford it, around 2 lakhs or more. Plus, there's no outdoor playground for kids to play in.

Auto rickshaws are readily available near the society. We have access to water 24/7. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. The people are very friendly, and we celebrate all festivals together. Issues are resolved promptly. I have basement parking, so I don't face any parking issues. Maintenance charges are normal, and issues are resolved quickly.
There is no parking available for visitors in the society. The cleanliness is not well maintained, and there is a slight issue with leakage and seepage.
