Additionally, water quality issues, including dirt and sediment, can be problematic at times. While hospitals are accessible at affordable rates, the facilities may be limited. However, these challenges are typical of urban area societies and not unique to Arya Hamsa.

Featuring a well-equipped clubhouse, the complex includes a swimming pool, indoor games area with carrom and chess, a mini-theater, gym, and a spacious party hall capable of accommodating large gatherings. Additionally, there are separate facilities for outdoor sports enthusiasts, including a basketball and tennis court. Conveniently situated in a prime location, the apartment complex also boasts 24/7 security at both entrances, underground and ground level parking, and multiple lifts in each of the five blocks, each consisting of approximately 50 houses. Overall, it's a desirable place to live with a range of amenities and a welcoming community atmosphere.
