Good things here

Sare Homes Phase 1 stands as one of the area's longstanding residential societies, offering well-maintained parks and spacious low-rise flats with ample light and ventilation. Despite its age, the occupancy rate remains relatively high. The community comprises friendly residents spanning different generations. Additionally, there's a temple located outside the back gate for the convenience of society members. While the road at the back may not be impeccably clean, it serves as a viable option for walking.

The construction quality of the society poses a significant downside, with visible signs of deterioration such as plaster coming off in various places and major seepage issues in some flats. These problems are primarily attributed to the use of substandard construction materials. Additionally, the abandonment of phase 3 by the builder can be unsettling, particularly when entering the society through the main road. Another concern is the remote location, which lacks easy access to essential facilities such as hospitals and markets, making it inconvenient for residents.

Things need improvement

The electricity backup is unreliable, and ongoing construction adds to noise pollution, disrupting peace from early morning until late at night. The Residential Welfare Association (RWA) lacks efficiency and exhibits authoritarian behavior, focusing more on accumulating funds than addressing residents' needs. Unfortunately, the society is not pet-friendly, with reports of mistreatment towards stray animals by both security personnel and residents.

Additionally, there are no amenities such as a clubhouse or swimming pool available, at least as of May 2022. Roads leading to the Delhi-Rewari highway are in poor condition, and rural areas are nearby, contributing to the overall lack of urban conveniences.

Good things here

The society is close to the bus stop, and a metro station is expected to be ready nearby soon. Getting cabs and autos is easy. The place is green, just like its name suggests, with lots of lush greenery. The flats have excellent ventilation, and the maintenance team is very friendly.

Things need improvement

There is no club or shop facility in the vicinity. The ongoing metro work causes a lot of noise, which is quite disturbing.

The SARE Crescent Parc society in Sector 92 is undergoing positive changes under the management of the KGK Dhoot Group. With completed towers of good quality and some already approved for occupancy, the society offers spacious green areas and is planning to introduce a new club in Phase 3. Residents enjoy a friendly community atmosphere, and security measures are in place to ensure everyone's safety.

Despite positive changes, the club and swimming pool facilities are currently under construction since the new developers have taken over. It's crucial for these projects to be completed within a set timeframe. Additionally, there's a need for improvement in the external street lighting system to enhance safety and visibility in the vicinity.

Good things here

The society is spacious, well-maintained, well-ventilated, and a great place to live with family. It's well-connected, well-built, and has shops nearby. The ambiance and overall experience are truly positive.

Things need improvement

Sometimes there were water clogging issues in some apartments in the society, but the maintenance team promptly addressed them and took good care of the situation.

Good things here

There is plenty of parking space with upper and lower basements for each apartment block. The complex features sports facilities like a basketball court, tennis court, squash, and badminton court, along with a gym. Two swimming pools are also available. The internal roads are well-maintained, and common areas are regularly cleaned. The presence of CCTV cameras at all locations ensures regular monitoring for added security.

Things need improvement

The apartment is quite expensive, and I expected it to be at least 20 lakhs cheaper. There's no dedicated smoking zone. The gate opening towards Begun road is closed to prevent non-resident vehicles from entering and ensuring safety for kids playing. Currently, there is no metro connectivity as it is still under construction.

It's a crowded area with no proper parking, and there are no nearby shopping centers for daily needs. There's a lot of noise pollution due to heavy traffic.

Good things here

The area has lovely, lush green parks with plenty of space for children to play. The parking space and roads within the society are excellent. Outside the building, there's easy access to cabs and autos, and it's also near a bus stop, so public transport is readily available. The gym is great too.

Things need improvement

It's near a bus stop and a main signal, we often encounter traffic jams nearby. The ongoing metro construction makes the area noisy and dusty. The maintenance charges in this society are quite high. It's requested to clean and maintain the swimming pools more regularly. Having some shops within the society would also be convenient.

Things need improvement

Some people misleading tenant and sale price.The main bypass road which close to our arch,ready before previous govt has not yet been opened officially.
