Transportation is convenient, with Dombivli being the nearest railway station, and Palava provides its own bus service for residents. Weekends are filled with movie outings and festive celebrations like Holi, New Year, Garba dance, and Durga Puja. During lockdowns, additional facilities such as street food stalls, Domino's Pizza, and weekend sales are provided. It is an excellent project. WFH crowd will love the central location. The environment climate was so good super cool temperature when I visited the site. The transportation services was so good. Bus services, cabs are available like ola , uber etc. Overall area is very safe though water does accumulate in heavy rains.

The management leaves much to be desired. If you have a serious issue, you often have to raise the complaint multiple times. For instance, I play football daily, and during the mid-year, they didn't allow us to play anywhere, whether in the parks or lawns. It took a significant effort to get this resolved. Additionally, the transport system is poor, with buses running infrequently. Connectivity is also an issue that needs to be addressed.
