The transportation connectivity within the society is excellent, as the auto, rickshaws are easily available, and maintenance standards are also top-notch cleanliness, hygiene is well maintained.. There are no issues with water logging, and the construction quality of the society is exceptional. We haven't encountered any problems with seepage or termites here. Additionally, we have a clubhouse and a park within the society premises. The residents are highly cooperative and supportive.
Rats and lizards are often seen in the park area of the society, posing a concern for residents.

Having your own car is essential for connectivity as there is no access to buses or metro nearby, and auto-rickshaws are not readily available. However, buses from all major schools in Gurgaon do come there. The maintenance of the society is good, and any instances of theft have resulted in the culprits being caught. There is a continuous supply of water and electricity in the society. The common areas and gardens are well-maintained, and painting of the buildings is done on time. Sunlight reaches the flats, and each tower has two emergency exits. The amenities such as the gym and clubhouse are good, and there are lifts and CCTV cameras installed in the society. Navratri celebrations are also conducted well. Generally, people are good in the society, and there have been no issues with pets.
The roads in the society were good, and it was easy to find cabs. Online grocery and food delivery services were easily available. However, there are relatively fewer schools nearby. There was a theft incident once, but it was discovered that it was committed by the maid of the same house. Security checks helped catch the culprits. While the society has a municipal water connection, sometimes water shortages occur, necessitating the use of water tankers during summers. Seepage is a problem in the society, and cracks appear on the walls due to strong winds when windows are kept open for ventilation. The quality of plastering and plumbing work was not good. Although there was a swimming pool, it could have been better maintained.

A beautiful and experience. Easy access to delivery apps. The presence of grocery stores, restaurants, a library, gym, swimming pool, and other modern amenities within the society adds to the convenience and quality of life. power backup, ample water supply, CCTV cameras, and proper waterproofing in flats. society is pet-friendly and army officers and colonels lives here in the society which Is quite proud thing. The daily yoga sessions, efficient security, regular garbage collection, and well-maintained elevators enhance the living experience. there's no water logging on the roads, and chemist shops and hospitals are nearby.
The difficulty in accessing shared rickshaws and the need to walk a bit to find an auto. the maintenance charges of 15000 per month are huge.

Local transportation is easy to approach.top-notch Maintenance and security system. Society is neat, clean and well maintained. Build quality is very good, no leakage and seepage issues.
Society does not have any kind of amenities. Power back up connection is given to common areas only.

In this society, it is a calm and roomy place without the noise of traffic, as it is located far from the main road.
The only problem is that the society is situated far away from the main road, and the bus stop and metro station are quite a distance away.

Roads are not directly connected to the main road, roads are clean and Auto, Bus is easy available, I have not faced seepage problem till yet, also there are gym, clubhouse, play area for kids, plus RWA and residents are very friendly here. I left society a few years back, and I have answered all the questions based on the time when I was living there.
There were no such issues in the society at that time when I was living there.

I can't envision living anywhere else now. This society is impeccably maintained, and the staff and managers are exceptional. Moreover, I feel incredibly safe here, thanks to the top-notch security measures in place.
Honestly, there's not a single flaw in this society, I swear. The only downside is that you can't take your dogs to the park. That's it, that's my only complaint.

Transportation options such as cabs and online deliveries are readily accessible. The well-maintained lifts operate smoothly without causing disruptions. Separate entrances for visitors ensure round-the-clock safety for residents. Paras hospital's proximity adds to the convenience, contributing to a delightful living experience.
One drawback is the distance to the metro station, requiring residents to travel a considerable distance. Additionally, the lack of local availability of public transportation options such as e-rickshaws and sharing-based autos necessitates reliance on cabs and self-owned vehicles, which can be costly. Addressing these aspects would enhance convenience for residents of all age groups.

Nearby amenities include a school, mall, shopping complex, and Paras hospital, reducing the need for travel. A clubhouse offers recreational activities, while ample greenery enhances the living experience. A confectionery shop within the premises adds to convenience, and assigned underground parking eliminates parking issues. Additionally, there's a beauty salon available within the society.
One inconvenience is the limited availability of public transportation nearby, requiring residents to travel further for access. Additionally, the distance to the metro increases transportation costs for residents. While resident parking is well-maintained and spacious, there is room for improvement in enhancing visitor parking facilities.

There are no water supply and logging issues in the society. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed in the society.
The transportation connectivity near the society is not very convenient, public transport options are not accessible nearby. There are major seepage issues being faced in the building. The timings of the clubhouse are restricted and it's not even feasible. The neighborhood is not very friendly, it's a secluded kind of area.

This place delivers a lot of installations for the residents as it's having a huge place for tree plantation and gardening which makes a well-ventilated atmosphere across the campus. This residence comprising playgrounds for children, a swimming pool, gyms, spaces for meditation and yoga as well. I also meditate here every morning. Also, it has some open space for morning or evening walk for my in laws. Many lads play together every evening. Neighbours are so benevolent and irrespective of every religion, we all attend every festival.

The rooms of apartments have ample spaces and are well ventilated. Rooms are coloured with distemper colours. They provide us with the fastest elevator services too. The locality is so secure and the safety level is best for the families here. I am living with my husband and in-laws in a 3BHK flat and did not have any major issues till now regarding security.

Roads between Vatika India Next and Pataudi Chowk have been damaged and increases risk of accidents and travelling time. Several frequent power cuts happen through this area which irritates the local people and sometimes my husband cannot continue his work from home here. I think authority should take care of these issues.

Dwarka Expressway, Western Peripheral Road and Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway provide sound connectivity with other areas. Gurgaon Railway Station is about 15 km via NH-48. So I must say we don't have any major issues to go anywhere in time yet. Many well-known schools, hospitals, banks, shopping malls are also located at stone's throw distance.
