Good things here
There was never any issue with seepage, and everything else was fine. There were no problems with water supply, and there was power backup in the society.The society was good, and there were no network issues either.
Things need improvement
When I used to live in this society, the connectivity was poor. It took a long time for cabs to arrive, and sometimes, the cab drivers would cancel the ride. When I lived there, there were no neighbors it was all empty.

According to the other societies, very good services are provided in this society and all the facilities are available.
Things need improvement
The society's thing can be further improved but right now everything is well maintained and perfect.

Overall ambience is great in this society. The open landscape is pretty good to walk around. Work in the flats is pretty average in contrast to cost. Location is also a bit far. Lots of facilities need to come up with time.

I found the construction quite ok. Moreover, the possession i got was really late. I didn't find it worth. I will consider reselling this for a better project

DLF has made luxurious apartment and is flagship to showcase its mastership in the real estate. What you see the interior in Golf course road high end societies, Skycourt is designed to replicate the same in New Gurgoan.

Luxury apartments in sector 86 Gurgaon by DLF. The area is very big with different compounds and blocks. All facilities available like gym, swimming pool, double parking, security, community hall, lush green garden with walking area etc.

Approach roads can be better. They get better once the toll toad starts. The property itself is well maintained and neat. Gym is very limited but manageable
