I had booked a premium apartment in J.K Iris and I am totally disappointed with the project. There is a lot of water shortage in the area and the parking space is not enough. The road is also not maintained and sometimes the street lights create an issue. There is also a lot of traffic during peak hours. The is not properly maintained and it becomes unhygienic quite a lot of times. The premium apartment is expensive. The marketplace is also a bit far away. I would not really recommend this project but would suggest everyone check before investing.
