Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory. Maintenance quality was fine with no water supply or logging issues. Electricity supply was satisfactory. CCTVs were installed. Residents were friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The gym quality is very bad. Construction quality was also poor with low quality material being used. Water pipes were polluted some time back. Roads outside the society have unmanageable traffic and are narrow.

Good things here
Transportation is accessible, and occasional issues like seepage and termites are resolved promptly. The society provides amenities like gyms, clubhouse,and a swimming pool, with allotted parking spaces for residents. The play area is enjoyable, but the gym is just average. The parks within the community are spacious. People living here vary from friendly to rude. Cleanliness is well-maintained, and overall maintenance is great. It's worth noting that there is no temple within the society.
Things need improvement
The gyms and clubhouse could use some improvement, and that's the only thing I don't like about it.

Good things here
Amenities had a swimming pool which was very well maintained and the connectivity was very good in the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society was very poor; the plaster used to peel off from the walls and the amenities were available but the gym was a paid, for which we had to pay separately.

The garden area creates a peaceful atmosphere, and having good amenities really boosts the overall living experience in the society. Plus, the walking area is quite spacious.
Things need improvement
The society's connectivity is a bit inconvenient, and to add to the woes, the water facility is currently not working.

Good things here
Cabs and autos are easily available nearby. Women's safety is a priority, thanks to a great security system in the society. The place is very neat, clean, and hygienic.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is lacking, cleanliness is not up to par, and security needs improvement. The overall maintenance services are just not good.

The apartment had great connectivity, spacious rooms, beautiful flooring, and overall, the unit was fantastic. The build quality was good too.

The society is excellent and well-maintained, and honestly, there's nothing here that's not good.

24/7 power and water supply available. kids playing area is beutifull. Facilities are top notch. people around are also cooperative.

The people in the committee were very good, family friendly, cooperative and used to celebrate festivals together.

The construction quality was not good. The walls were filled with plaster and very poor quality material was used for construction.

It's good to feel safe and secure. Facilities are average. It's ok to manage society. The craftsmanship is adequate. Somewhat expensive maintenance fees. Water and power are both plentiful. Water and electricity are inexpensive. Rent prices are increasing. There is a two-month security deposit needed.

Security and safety are good. Also good amenities Management of society is good. OK in terms of construction quality. The density is typical. A little on the pricier side for maintenance fees. Good service is provided.

Track for jogging for exercise. Guards are stationed at each close by location, and there is a strict security system with CCTV installation. Tennis and basketball courts both have a clubhouse where people can gather to celebrate events and holidays.

Safety and security are excellent. The amenities are typical. The way society is run is fantastic. The construction quality is acceptable. The price of upkeep is somewhat high. Water and electricity are both abundant. Water and electricity are reasonably priced.

Generator backup is offered continuously. Additionally, each and every member has a parking space. In each tower, there are two elevators. There are a lot of good things. Every amenity offered by society. numerous parks, large playground for kids. track for jogging for exercise.
