There is limited space for parking in the project other than that the amenities are good and offers a comfortable living

The project is a nice socityt to reside with affordable rents. Residents of the area live in a good, respectable neighbourhood and work in the nearby hubs. Reputable hospitals, schools, and shopping malls may be found in the area. Good transit choices are available.

There is a continuous supply of electricity and water. The rooms are roomy and have excellent design and construction, which lowers maintenance expenses for the occupants. And is expected to give good returns on investment.

To satisfy all of the demands of the local population, shopping complexes are there. It includes all of the modern conveniences a person would require, such as healthcare, education, entertainment, and many more. This is one of my favourite neighbourhoods in Bangalore to live with family since I truly enjoy living here.

Av residency is well connected to the transportation system of Bangalore. Close to the metro station and with many bus stops around it is well connected to the neighbouring IT Hubs.
