Good things here
The metro station is a convenient 10-15 minute walk from the residence. Maintenance across the society is generally good, and waterlogging has never been a problem. Parks are available for children to enjoy. What stands out the most is the serene and peaceful atmosphere in the society.
Things need improvement
Finding auto rickshaws and cabs can be challenging at times. The gyms and clubhouse were undergoing construction and weren't operational. Unfortunately, our neighbors were uncooperative whenever we tried to discuss matters with them. The construction quality is not satisfactory.

Connectivity is good public transport easily available hai . facilities like clubhouse , gym , swimming pool available in this society .

Construction quality bohot kharap hai , poor quality of plaster. society ke andar shop nhi hai . water ka quality achhi nhi hai . monkey ajata society ke andar.

Good things here
I am not living there anymore as i have moved to another apartmentand its been 5 years i am here, the maintenance at that time was decent and same goes for construction quality as well.
Things need improvement
If I talk about the people ot the residents living in the society than mostly they were good only but for bachelors it was not very good as eople dont use to treat them well, the connectivity was aslo a problem there as medical store and all was not nearby, metro was not there but its available now but bus facility is not that good.

Good things here
The society provides a number of facilities and amenities such as Gyms, swimming pools, club houses, parks, lifts, cctvs etc. Another positive is that society focuses on hygiene and cleanliness, which gives an overall a great living experience. People in the neighbourhood are friendly and they are educated. The connectivity of the society has no loopholes, we have an access to the number of public transports without facing any major difficulties. The maintenance of the society again is on the plus side. Everything here is well maintained which definitely justifies the maintenance charges.
Things need improvement
Metro station is not nearby to the society. We have to travel around 2-3 kms to reache to a metro station. There is a problem of leakage and seepage in the flats at the fround floor of the society. That should be loooked upon and improved.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is good, the metro is available within walking distance and cabs are also available rikshaw vera bhi mil jati hai. every amenity is available within the society like gym, clubhouse, and playground.
Things need improvement
Seepage is a bit of an issue in society but the society's maintenance team is working on it.. street dogs are also something I do not like in society as it's not that safe, despite multiple complaints the issue has not been resolved.

Good things here
We used to stay there before a year, when we used to stay there metro was around 5 km. Public transport was not that easily available. If you have your own vehicle then it was fine. CCTV was avaerage, lift was avaerage, mantainance was good. People were nice, club house and swimming pool was there. Construction was also an issue. JP green was very spacious, no parking issue. Locality was good, open space and greenery was alot.
Things need improvement
In 40% flats seepage issue was there and water logging during rainy season was high. If you have your own vehicle then connectivity was not an issue, else it was.

Good things here
The metro station is situated near the society. Painting is frequently conducted. CCTV cameras are available in the society. Neighbours are helpful.
Things need improvement
Swimming pools and gyms were not present in the society. Clubhouses were not maintained properly and were usually dirty.

Good things here
The construction quality of the building is really well, no seepage, lekage, cielen, plaster or waterlogging issues are being faced in the society. People here are friendly, they are cooperative, always ready to help. There are a number of parks which are available in the society. The connectivity of the society has been really feasible because of the availability of public transport facilities like buses,autos. Roads are wide and well maintained. A society has it's own market complex where one can get nearly all the things of needs.
Things need improvement
There are a limited number of amenities in the society . Only parks are available as a part of the amenities. No sort of gyms,swimming pools,clubhouse are available in this society. This aspect needs to be worked upon.

The society is very well maintained and kept clean , the society has a very good connectivity to school, hospital and market are at the radius of 3 to 4km .
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very bad as you can see seepage and leakage at places and there is no amneties present in the society.

Good things here
The connectivity was good like autos, cabs are easily available in & outside the society , the maintenance is also up to the mark like good hygiene & cleanliness is maintained.
Things need improvement
There is an issue of leakage nd seepage in the society plus the metro station is far from the society , there were no amenities like gym,clubhouse,swimming pool but parks are there that also needs to be improved.

The best part of the society was that all festivals were celebrated and that with utmost enthusiasm.

The metro station is a bit too far and Uber connectivity is also not good, seepage and water logging were an issue in the society, at the time when i was living in that society their were no amenities like park, playground, clubhouse, etc. airetel did not have good connectivity in that area.

There is nearby malls, theatre, market everything , alots of greenery and open space in the society , the connectivity is outstanding like nearby metro is available , public transport also

There are all amenities like gym, clubhouse but gym is small, swimming pool is not open in the society , there is a problem of stray dogs in the society

The quality of construction is poor, evidenced by leakage and seepage issues present in all buildings. Furthermore, there are no amenities available in the society, such as a swimming pool or clubhouse. The only amenity provided is a big park..

Auto cabs are readily available nearby the society. Maintenance is a significant advantage, with sufficient water supply and daily cleaning. The neighbors are friendly, and all festivals are celebrated within the society.Parking area is sufficient.
Things need improvement
The build quality of the society is just average, with several issues related to leakage and structural separation. Many amenities are under construction and not operational until the building is handed over. Security could be improved, as there is insufficient security available for the society. The Residents Welfare Association (RWA) could also be more transparent with residents about their plans and decisions.

The society boasts excellent connectivity with various transportation options nearby, including cabs, buses, autos, rickshaws, Ola, Uber, and even the metro. Additionally, there is round-the-clock electricity and sufficient water supply. All essential amenities such as a clubhouse, playground, and swimming pool are available, along with air-conditioned facilities for the clubhouse during the summer. Specialist doctors and yoga facilities are also accessible within the society. The residents are friendly and cooperative, creating a pleasant environment, and all festivals are celebrated within the community. Overall, the living experience in the society meets all expectations and is excellent.
Things need improvement
No significant issues have arisen so far, but the build quality of the society is average and could be improved. However, there have been no reports of leakage or seepage problems in the society up to this point.
