Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available. Drainage system is good. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking is available. Roads are good outside the society.
Things need improvement
The society is distant from the metro station, creating challenges for residents in terms of accessibility. Closer proximity would improve transportation convenience.

Good things here
No water supply or power supply issues. Connectivity bohot accha hai , sab mil jata hai easily, we are connected to quite everything, we have connectivity to expressway and roads are also quite wide. Infrastructure accha hai.
Things need improvement
Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse kuch nahi hai society mein. Apart from this , no more issues he highlighted, he said everything is working fine.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is really good as Transportation facilities are easily availabe near by the society.Construction quality of the apartment is really good As there are no issues regarding seepage.All the modern amenities are there in the society and everything is well maintained and fully functional in the society.Society is neat clean and hygenic environment iis there in the society.
Things need improvement
As such society is really good but the Power back up facilities are no there in the society so during the power cut it is problematic sometimes.

Locality is just top notch like there are 2 metro station near by the society like one is 500 meter connecting to pawai and another is 2 km connecting to vikroli.bus stan is at walkable distance from the society.LOcal railway station is 2 km away from the society.All the modern amenities are there like pool,kids play area,indoor games and podium ,club house and open space,garden area.High security system and all the amneities area covering with cctv which enhances the security of the mids and residents.
Things need improvement
Society has no as such dislikablity ,its a hidden gem for the people like lots of open and greenry around the society.but the visitors parking space is limited and power back up connection has not been provided in the society.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is very well maintained. Maintenance quality of the society is also satisfactory, initially it was not up to the mark but has improved a lot over time. The construction quality of the building is excellent with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, Play area and a clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. The residents are very friendly and cooperative. All religious events are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
The clubhouse is not very well maintained. There are not many facilities and amenities provided. There is a lot of illegal parking taking place in the society premises.

Good things here
The combination of an awesome view of the hill and highway, along with a spacious terrace, adds to the allure of the place. Additionally, there's ample space for parking and a nice pool to enjoy.

I don't have any complaints because I absolutely love this spot. It was a fantastic experience for me.

The towers are situated near Seepz gate 3, offering excellent connectivity to Powai and Andheri.

This gated community is top-notch with round-the-clock CCTV surveillance. It offers fantastic amenities, spacious parking, well-constructed buildings, and a wonderful ambiance.

This society is truly amazing, boasting thoughtful design and ample space. While there may be minor aspects that some individuals might not prefer, personally, I have found nothing to dislike about it.

I have been living here since 2017 December, and it’s one of the most amazing views facing Vasai creek. The society has good amenities and ample parking with easy access to Hiranandani and Rcity mall

I love living at Mayfair Hillcrest! The amenities are top-notch, from the gym and jogging track to the children's play area. The security measures ensure our safety and peace of mind.
